I have been with both my children here more than once and my experience has been amazing. From making the appointment over the phone to being there in person. Excellent customer service . My teenage daughter had all four wisdom teeth removed and had no pain afterwards. My younger son has a mucocele removed and had no complains or made afterwards. I highly recommend Dr. Ferrara and team

I do not recommend this doctor. I was scheduled ( consultation) at the same time a procedure ( he is surgeon so God knows how long a procedure can take) to another patients was. I felt very disrespectful!!!!! If a earlier procedure had to take longer then expected it’s understandable but not schedule 2 appts at the same time. I made my appt for 10 am weeks in advance. Arrived at the office at 9:51 am. Mind you that all my personal and insurance information was provided at the time the appt was made over the phone. Recent X-rays were also already emailed to the office. So POOR office management.
