I cannot recommend a dentist more highly. Every time I go there, I struggle to adequately express how much I appreciate them. Dr. Barnette and his staff take such wonderful care of me. When I go there, I never wait long. I am greeted warmly, and I am taken care of. They know me by name and by face... And it isn't simply that they know who's scheduled for an appointment: They remember what I've told them. It never falls to please me when Dr. Barnette asks me a question about where I grew up (Hawaii) or about my cats. No one pays him to remember that I grew up somewhere else. And yet he does anyway, often with surprising thoughtfulness and curiosity. And that means something to me. I feel very honestly like he, and his staff, have taken the time to get to know ME, even if a small way, and remember my answers, even when 6 months passes between visits. And that's special to me. They never fail to answer my questions, even when I'm asking curious questions more suited for an eight year old then my 30 years. ("But WHY are you wrapping that plastic around my tooth?") and they don't try to talk down to me, either and I love that. Most of all, though. I feel that they do what needs to be done, they let me take part in my dental health, and .. They care and they are more than competent. I've never loved a dental office more. I struggle to express this every time I go there. I'm one patient of many, but they still manage to make me feel special and taken care of. Thank you, Dr. Barnette. See you in a few months. :)
