My mother was a long time patient of Dr. Walkers. She has spent thousands of dollars on work. Unfortunately my mother suffers from dental anxiety after bad experiences left her in panic. She needs nitrous oxide to help calm her. She always has this done every time and there is never an issue. The last time she went in the hygienist treated her appallingly when my mother told her that she was only getting oxygen and not the gas on the other side of the nose hood. After this many years of going to the dentist and having this done she knows when she is getting gas and when she is not. It could have been a loose hose or connector, maybe the breathing bag had a hole or tear in it, maybe the one way valve in the nose hood could have been stuck in an open position, maybe the mask was not fitting properly, whatever the case, the hygienist argued with her and when my mom asked to see Dr. Walker he came in and told her to just leave and not come back. He would not let her pay her bill for the work she had done. She was just cut off for basically complaining. My mom is the kindest sweetest woman on the planet who would never complain unless there was good reason. I am disgusted by this practice. I am a dental technician and I know where he sends his work, its a cheap production lab in California. I had a job for her made at a lab I knew so I could be sure she would receive the best job at a reasonable cost but not production level prices. I am not available to do her work as I live out of Country. Dr. Walker was impressed and said he would use them for the more demanding patients. So if you go in and have a crown made make sure you are a "demanding" patient, jeez!

I have been a patient of Dr. Walker's for about 5-years. My experience at his practice has been excellent care with a friendly, well-trained and efficient staff. Dr. Walker always has my best interest in mind when recommending treatment. His dental hygienist Sierra is awesome! I have recommended several friends who have also been happy. Dave

Found all staff to be very friendly and caring. Felt Dr. Walker is conservative in his approach and is not out to fatten his wallet. Also the best cleaning I have in my entire life. Seriously. Painless, yet very thorough.

Longtime patient and very satisfied with the friendly and well trained staff. Dr. Walker is still (after 30 plus years) a great dentist. No complaints & I wasn't paid to write this!

For some reason I'm signed in as my daughter, but that doesn't change my review. Dr. Walker and his staff are extremely professional and willing to work with their customers who have special requests. Most dentists are impatient with customers like me because I always refuse fluoride and sometimes quibble over excessive x-rays. Dr. Walker and his staff are open to hearing my alternative views and willing to honor most of my desires regarding dentistry. Moreover, Dr. Walker save the tooth (still going strong after two years) the two other dentists insisted on performing a root canal. Everyone on the staff is kind and the technicians all have a gentle touch. This is my kind a dentist! James Land
