THIS PLACE IS NOTHING BUT A JOKE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!! I Have to come here but if I had more options being that this is such a small town I would never come back here. The wait time is always way to long. Never have I waited less than 45 minutes just to have my presence acknowledged and checked in. The nurses that work there, most are rude and all are slow as f&#I! One had to actually go get assistant to run the machine that checks your blood pressure and temperature. Correct me if I'm wrong but this should be taught in chapter 1 of schooling. And if you have any hopes of finding an honest place keep looking because they'll just find more reasons to schedule you to come back so you can pay them money........ If you have the option please take my advice and attend a private practice

ZERO Stars!!! "Lei"(F.D.) & "Brandon"(Mngr.) Are Absolutely Horrific, Unprofessional & So Very Rude!! My Information given out to an unknown individual front desk person "Lei" on 7/13/17 @6:38pm, she in No way checked to make sure the person that she was talking to was the same person associated with the information on her computer screen. She cancelled both of my appointments 7/14 &15. Today when I called to make sure my pointment still existed since I did not receive any phone calls verifying that I had an appointment I actually reached the same individual who canceled my appointments told me that she spoke to me, which of my call log history shows there is none, was very rude and very nonchalant about what had happened after thoroughly explaining to her that there was no way shape or form that she called me which I had to argue my point because she did not believe me. I tried to have both of my appointments reinstated I had one reinstated when I asked her about the other she became more upset telling me that I'm always very mean and rude to everybody when I come in which is a complete falsification and lie I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up the phone on me. When I called back the supervisor Brandon refused to speak with me on the phone, which would have solved everythings. Instead he insisted that I could talk to him when I got there. Upon arrival at check-in the same girl said "oh come I'll check you in", as I was about to sign my name she ended the sentence with "I'm also the one responsible for your appointments". I picked up the clipboard in a shocked disbelief she stood up and stated "hey you want some of this" and started fronting me which is a fancy word for trying to start a fight behind the desk that's when things really got out of control. I asked why she's trying to start a fight with me and demanded to speak to a supervisor. Brandon the supervisor came out and started making all kinds of trouble. He continue to make trouble taking valuable time away from my appointment so instead of getting my hour-long appointment I got 15 minutes. The doctor (Dr. Z) that I was seeing was nothing short of Wonderful he made all the difference in the world in fact he even got my Saturday appointment which was never rescheduled for right then and there. During that appointment I had to go take a test and when I came back Brandon followed me in to the room all alone nobody else except for me and him he started to talk rudely to me I told him that I do not want to be alone with him in the room at any given point he refused to leave so I ran out the room this is not the first time that Brandon has been rude to me he still holds animosity towards me from the last time and which the front desk had royally messed up and he took me into his office to talk about it and then tried to charge me for it. This behavior is highly unacceptable especially for medical front desk staff & management. I just got out of physical therapy where my therapist had taken care of my back pain in my neck pain which was approximately an eight and a six taken down to about a 3 less. After said chaos at West Hawaii Community Health Center my neck and back pain is now well over 15 on a one-to-ten scale and I have a headache that is approximately a 20 migraine which I do not get migraines, It also feels feverish hot and a tight clamp squeezing my brains through my eyeballs. The stress and chaos caused by Lei & Brandon cause crippling pain, mental anguish & severe catastrophic repercussions throughout my entire system & disabilities. The super horrific pain as well as the nature of the overwhelming pain in my neck, back & head are so chaotic and overwhelming causing a lack of concentration, a loss in my ability to formulate words and thoughts, my eyes want to snap shut and my body is seriously crying because it will be 3 days before I can go back to physical therapy so I will be suffering greatly and tragically till then in an abundance of overwhelming catastrophic pain and inflammation. These individuals need to be fired immediately

We love our care providers, office staff, and nurses here!!! We have had such positive experiences here. My son was seen by Rebecca O'Rouke for his annual checkup and she was wonderful. She was patient with all questions I had and was very kind on voicing concerns she had and she did it with such genuine kindness she did not make my son or I feel uncomfortable (our last doctor on the mainland had terrible bed side manners and I would often leave crying). Yesterday my son was seen by PA Ross Hardwick and WOW what an incredible man he is! He listened to my son (who is 5) talk about his fidget spinner and he let him show him tricks and laughed at his little five year old jokes. He also gave him outstanding care for a double ear infection. I called back today to see if he could do anything for increased pain in my sons ears and he spent two hours tracking down a pharmacy that carries specific ear drops and antibiotics that would be more effective for his increased pain. His diligence and sincerity was overwhelming and I'm so grateful to have him in our lives. We've also never had a problem getting an appointment and have always had our calls returned with an hour or two.

I called to make an appointment as requested by my dermatologist for a check up and since I don't have a Hawaii ID they wouldn't let me make an appointment even though I was going to pay up front for the visit

I'm a retired registered nurse. Unless your a drug seeker the expertise here is second to none. I've come in as a walk- in and seen in less than an hour, being satisfied with what I was told would help besides the care given while I was there. I like the place and the mostly all the staff.
