Can't get in when you need to. They've doubled their prices. Evidently for paying for the solar panels. Definitely not what it was. Used to be like Ohana.

Iʻve been a client of MiKO for over 15 yrs. I always have to wait for 30 to 45 minutes to see a doctor: this is AFTER the nurse takes my temp & BP. Other than that, everything has always been satisfactory: Good docs and dentists. Nice, modern, clean facility. A great asset to the community, and a blessing for me!

I have been a patient at MKO for over 10 yrs. My physician just left for a better salary with less hours at Kaiser. Generally Iʻve been pretty well taken care of, but my biggest beef is that if I am 15 min. late, they cancel my appointment, yet the doctors always make me wait from 45 min. to an hour in the examining room. This double standard seems to indicate a lack of respect for patients and the value of our time. I feel fortunate to have access to care, though. If Pres. Rump gets his way, I probably wonʻt any more.

The doctors here are completely incompetent!!!! I wouldn't trust them to place my dinner order let alone deal with my child's health care. I brought my son to them with a simple ear infection the first time they completely forgot to call in his prescription......They were closed all weekend horrible weekend) on Monday they tell me they can't call in the prescription now because to much time has passed...... he has to see the doctor again but they can't get them until Thursday. ... Thursday came and he still had the ear infection but now it was worse so this time they had to give him Amoxicillin instead of ear drops.......I'm at Walgreens right now and they are refusing to give me the prescription because the doctor did not properly call it in.... so if you are unfortunate enough to have to go to these doctors make sure you get a hard copy of the prescription

WORST wait times EVER! We have been here twice, with scheduled appointment times. Both times my son was not seen until two plus hours PAST the scheduled appointment time! This is UNEXCEPTAZBLE! And when I asked the front desk how far behind the doctor was..... they said one hour....so they are not truthful about wait times either!
