Dr. Moriguchi is Mr. Aloha! He was my dentist as a child, and now he sees my niece and nephew. They LOVE him. And I love the way the staff is so helpful and caring when it comes to patient care. You can see it in the way that they talk to the children and even the way they decorate the office. Keep up the good work guys!

Dr. Teruya is one of the best pediatric dentists I have ever seen. Truly. His office is very busy. It takes a while to get an appointment and it takes a while to have children seen. Fortunately they have lots of televisions and everyone just tunes out - staring at Disney or cooking shows. The receptionists are adequate. The hygienists are rough - but my children never commented until we had gone to a different dentist so it must not have been that bad. The communication between the receptionist and the dentist area (where moms are forbidden to enter for the most part) is mediocre at best. It made me anxious and sometimes late for other appointments. It really is quite slow. I had to have extensive dental work on a child and once again Dr. Teruya was wonderful - but the staff that I spoke with was so excruciatingly rude it was truly shocking. I finally changed dentists. Dr. Teruya is truly a great dentist but the organization of the office and the staff need some attention.

The team was exceptionally friendly and professional. We showed up on time and were seen promptly.

Thank you Dr. Kobayashi and staff for an amazing experience today! The office staff as well as dental hygienist and assistants were friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to our next visit!

Had to wait over 6 weeks to be seen for a cleaning when called about an appointment. Once in the office there were multiple TVs on different channels making the waiting room feel very loud. Once we were taken back to the back we were put in another waiting room before the cleaning. The whole time we were talked to like we had no idea how to care for our teeth and had never been to a dentist before. My child was not able to hear/understand instructions over the noise in the office due to his sensory issues and I felt they were very brisk with him. At no point did I feel like we were being cared for. We were a product to get in and out as quickly as possible. Once with the Dr, I was hoping that would change. Unfortunately that was not what happened. I was made to feel like a substandard parent and felt like the choice to have very aggressive treatments was the only option. I said I wanted a second opinion and was told I was welcome to do so. She even offered to have another Dr in the same office give their opinion. I declined and left feeling pushed around and bullied.
