I am disabled and it took them over 3 hrs to do a deep cleaning. I was in a lot of pain towards the end. Then I find out while he was cleaning my teeth he decided to drill out 3 of them and put temporary fillings in them, at $100 each, without asking me first and I was not sedated. My husband and I both told him that I wouldn't be able to come back for at least 2-4 weeks. I asked him how long the temporary fillings would last. He said they should hold up just fine until I get back as long as I stayed away from sticky foods. Within 3-4 days all the temporary fillings were gone. Now I'm in a lot of pain do to the rather large holes he drilled in my teeth. Also I don't know what he did but it took 2 weeks before my entire mouth stopped hurting. My gums were so tender that I could barely eat those 2 weeks. However I will say that the only reason I gave them a 2 and not a 1 is the dentist himself was nice (except for putting in temp fillings without asking) but, the hygienists will go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Now I am still debating whether or not I want to go back there. I have been there 2 times, 1 for X-rays, 2 for deep cleaning. Both times the women working the front desk was about as rude as anyone can be. I came close to not going back after the X-rays but, my husband said maybe she was just having a bad day. So, I went back for the cleaning and she was even more rude than the first time!!!! She will talk about you to the other employees within earshot of you. I don't understand how she continues to work there. She must be family or something. Still debating if I want to start all over with a different dentist or not.

The dentist did a great job, but the receptionist at the front needs better communication skills. She was very rude when I arrived she was having conversations about her weekend and told me to wait until she was finished chatting she would be with me after. Her attitude made my experience with them bad. I will not be returning because of this reason!

I'm very impressed with the family atmosphere the Sanders family provides to their patients. Great people who will take great care of you!
