No hot water in bathroom and no protective cover over exam light that goes over your face, just a bare glass halogen bulb should've been when I walked out but I didn't. There was a lot of whispering between technicians and hand signaling, they seemed overly busy but nonetheless insisted that i get a crown and multiple fillings right then despite the fact that It wasn't urgent and I couldnt pay that day. The girl was quite pushy which I didnt think too much of until I heard her telling other patients the same thing including the statement that the dr was open after me/them and he could do the procesure right away. After being there for a total of 3 hours, one of which i sat with a numbed mouth awaiting the treatment. This allowed me the time to look at the horrible reviews of this Dr. Workers acted nervous and desperate to keep me with multiple apoligies. I left with a numb face and now over 5 hours later my face is in pain and i still cant move my mouth properly to speak or smile and my cheek is turning blue-black from bruising which I've never experienced from a dental procedure and mind you I left prior to having any of the work done! Day is ruined, i pray i get the movement back in my face, so much for a fun day with my children. Stay away from this place. Bad news all the way around. Will update after i get my 2nd and 3rd opinions.

Dr Bishop and his staff have been nothing short of amazing. In 17 years of traveling (military), we have never found a family dentist office full of genuinely friendly, professional, and courteous staff. They outlined everything for my wife, did exactly what they said they would do, and worked with our insurance to help us save a fairly decent amount of money. I rarely write reviews (never), but I googled the office number and saw other reviews that didn't match the experience we had with this office, and so here I am. Amazing job Dr B, dental techs, front desk and insurance staff!! And thank you!!

Horrible place. Do not go. I went in to get my teeth cleaned and because I was having pain due to a cavity. They started in on me and then came in when I was delirious with pain, told me that I needed all this work, root canal, deep cleaning, etc. It came up to an insane amount of money, which I told them that I did not have. They had me sign an agreement/payment plan to get all this work done, they finished the cleaning and I was informed that I would have to come back to get the bridge fitted to my mouth. I was in more pain when I left, literally and because of the amount of money they said I needed to spend. I decided after three months of getting the money debited from my account that because you could not see the missing teeth in the back of my mount that I would not go through with the root canal. BIG MISTAKE, when I called the office the girl informed me that I would have to get it because they had already billed my information and had been paid by the insurance for the work, even though they NEVER DID IT. I, of course, disputed the charge with my insurance, my insurance took the money back from them but then they turn around and SUED me for it in Madison County, even though IT WAS NEVER PUT INTO MY MOUTH!! They did not get the money for that but they did get money for interest and the work that did to prepare it. Long story short, this place is a nightmare and I would not recommend going to them for any work.

They charged me over $500 for my son's crown. It fell out within 24 hours; now I'm fighting for my money back. I should've struck to cleanings.
