Worst experience ever!waited an hour to see the doc which she was in room for total of 3 min for 2 of my children! Both my kids have deep congestion coughs, pain in ribs from trying to breath one one who's had a fever for 2 days! Oxygen level below normal but in the 3 min she said they were fine! Maybe someone can explain who's gonna pay this bill for useless help! Last time this happened my boys had double ear infection with respiratory issues! But there fine maybe common cold she says! My ass! Wth is the point of having them on call if they r useless! Now to get another bill for when I take them again on Monday! Btw they don't even deserve 1 star!

Had a test done at a different hospital and read by a Dr. Treviranus. The billing department never sent the claim to my insurance. The bill never was sent to me until I received a call from a collections agency over a year later stating that I owed them the money. By that time it was too late for my insurance to cover the bill. CGH denied ever having my correct contact information but was some how able to provide the collection agency my correct phone number. CGH screwed me out of almost $600. I will never go back and I will never recommend going there to anyone.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Worst experience I ever have had in an ER. First of all I've always had back pain for the pack 8 years but this time the pain was different. It was mid back on the side and normally my back pain is in my mid lower back. The pain was a lot more severe this time and I know my normal back pain. This was different. I called my normal doctor and explained the situation and she said I needed to go to the ER because it sounded bad and she couldn't get me in until the next day. So I went in and Dr. Benis came in and just said he was going to give me pain ends and left. The Dr. Knight came in and actually gave me a full examination and had determined I might have an ovarian cyst so he ordered and ultrasound to check. While waiting for the ultra sound a nurse came in with discharge papers saying I was good to go so I inquired about what happened with the ultra sound. Found out that Dr. Knight had came into my room by accident so they cancelled the ultrasound since Dr. Benis was supposed to be the one seeing me. Dr. Benis never gave me a full exam and refused to even after I explained what Dr. Knight had said, who denied even coming into my room at all. Dr Benis then proceeded to tell me it's my normal back pain and I can leave. I then brought up once again this pain is different, I know my normal back pain and even though Dr. Knight wasn't seeing me he still gave me a full exam and told me I needed the ultrasound. So I requested to get one still and Dr. Bemis said that he is my doctor so I need to listen to him because he is right. I kept insisting on getting the ultra sound and he called me a drug addict even though I didn't ask for any pain killers I just wanted to know what was causing the pain. He continued to yell over me saying that he was right. I told him to let me leave then and he just walked out. I had to remove my own IV and leave without discharge papers or anything.
