I'm going to rate this company a 0. I had put a down payment on a flipper, in which the office never called to let me know it was in. I called today to get a refund on this flipper I never received, they said it was thrown away, because it was over 3 years ago, and that I owed them money, in which they will write off. Like they are doing me a favor. They will get that back on their taxes next year. So I'm out 190.00 dollars and the flipper. I gave this company, free money that they don't want to return. BEWARE. Don't like to contact patients, and don't like to return money due!!!!!!! I will post bad reviews on this site every day until I get what is owed to me. TO BAD YOU CAN'T SUE INDIANA DOCTORS!!!!

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist and the worst situation possible.. Please save your time and go with a dentist that actually cares about you, won't lie about your diagnosis, and then leave you to pay for the bill that insurance won't cover. In my case, he lied about what I had and my insurance medical dept (dental consult and licensed dentist) reviewed all evidence that proves I never had periodontis or anything wrong in the first place. I now have a large bill that my insurance won't pay for. A treatment that was not necessary therefore no benefits are available. Now, he is suing me because I haven't and refuse to pay a bill for which they said "It'll be covered and we'll bill your insurance" . I never expected it to come back to me since according to the office, it was "medically necessary". So please be careful and make sure your insurance will pay for treatments that are actually needed.

I got a root canal... Then a crown, then surgery to remove some of my gum line because crown wouldn't stay on, now crown and all came off... Almost 2k later on one tooth and that is after INS. NOW I don't know what to do... Just sitting there with a gaping hole in my mouth today

I have always had a pleasant experience here. The ladies at the front desk are very courteous. If I have any questions, they always answer them and if they don't have they find it. Always happy to see smiling faces there.

I have been going to this office for several years. I have been worked on by several of their doctors and have NEVER had a bad experience. Their entire staff is friendly and courteous! Highly recommended!
