I very highly recommend the orthodontist. They have Harvard-trained doctor who is very nice and knowledgeable. Our daughter started braces less than a year ago and we are so impressed by the results. If you are looking for a good orthodontist, do yourself a favor and get braces here. I also respect that the doctor studied English as a foreign language and went to Harvard. Becoming a doctor in a foreign country in spite of the language barrier is quite an accomplishment.

I took both of my kids here and they absolutely loved it... everyone is so friendly and kind not to mention very helpful and caring, i would differently recommend everyone here.

This place was wonderful and since the merger with the ortho side and change in staff has went to the toilet. Unorganized is the best word I can use. My family will be looking for another dentist and orthodontist that is more professional and has an organized office/staff.

I took my 8 year old and my 4 year old there and I have to say the staff was amazing. Dr. Kia was very nice and very patient with my not so patient 4 year old. I would definitely recommend this office. Thank you so much for the great experience and care for my girls!

WORST DENTIST / ORTHODONTIST EVER My son and I just visited February 4 2019 for and orthodontist consultation. The reason we go here is because we have Hoosier Health wise which is state insurance. The first visit was a few years ago before they merged with the Ortho. They told me he needed braces but it won't be covered by insurance. We saved up 5000 dollars and went in to have a consultation. They had me and my son go sit in the supply room closet and wait a half hour. I told them that for 5000 dollars could I get a real office and then they took me to the back office to meet with the orthodontist who couldn't speak English very well considering he was wearing a white coat that said Harvard. He then tells my son he needs to get his teeth cleaned on a regular basis which is funny because that's where he goes to get them cleaned. I tell him look up his chart he was just here. He then proceeds to look at my son, the minor who is not paying the bill and said so what are you looking to accomplish, what do you want to do in the most broken English. I tell him we are here for braces that your office recommended. I then got "woke" as they say. I realized that this place is running things like an assembly line because apparently people on state insurance are deemed trash and they feel it's okay to give trash service. I pay a monthly premium to Hoosier healthwise and also saved up for his braces. I am disgusted at this place not to mention the waiting room smells like pee. I was referring to this place as "Ghetto fabulous" but that's a compliment. We will be finding a new dentist and orthodontist. And I hope this isn't the standard everywhere for state insurance. If it is I'll start saving up cash and not telling the new dentist he has state insurance. There's a thing called insuranceism, where you are discriminated against based on your insurance. Below is a picture of the consultation room. The name of the orthodontist is Dr. Hoshomura and apparently he did in fact go to Harvard. I added another picture showing the supply room next to us where employees were stepping over us to go back and forth.
