We had the front windows and the front door installed recently. I love my front door. We hired Royalty to do that. Boyd was really helpful and gave us a great deal for the price. It was a smooth and pleasant experience dealing with Group Royalty Windows and Doors. The service was outstanding throughout the process. They have proved to be a professional and competent company. *** For a detailed process of my experiences with Group Royalty, the process went as such: 1) Beginning of July, met with a sales representative who went over a comprehensive presentation of their products and services, then took a rough measurement of the windows and doors to be replaced. This project was to replace 4 large windows, 2 small windows and an exterior door. After the calculations and rapport building, the sales rep will follow up with the actual estimations within the week either via email/meet up. 2) Meeting the sales rep at their office to review the project price and calculations, we went through with the paper work, signed the necessary documents and wrote a cheque to cover the minimum requested down payment. 3) A week later, another appointment was made on-site for the technician to take the exact measurements of the window and doors so they may proceed for the production of the windows and doors without any error. 4) ... Production of the windows and doors were underway but they had ran into an issue with my order. The 4 large windows were miscalculated and misquoted since it was too large to be produced using a 2 panel window with their innovative design. So Group Royalty informed me that they would produce a 3 panel windows at no extra charge. They took full responsibility of the error and I was very grateful. 5) 2 weeks later, I received a call from their administrative team to schedule an appointment for the window and door installations and unfortunately the work can only be carried out after the construction holiday. 6) A week after the construction holiday on August, they arrived in a team of 3 members. Although it was rainy day, we managed to remove the old windows and door and installed all 6 windows and doors within 8 1/2 hours. I was impressed how the installers worked in synchronization and methodologically. 7) Then it was clean up the worksite, troubleshoot any issues with the new installations and sign off any documents. The products come with a 25 year warranty (transferable to the new property owner in the event of a sale), 7 year installation warranty, and eligible for the provincial Tax credit. 8) 2 months later, I am completely satisfied with the end product. I will call upon their services next spring (year of 2019) to replace the remaining windows and doors in the back of the house.

It can be very confusing with so many different companies out there but with group royalty I had a quick and detailed consultation with on the spot quote. Got to choose from a variety of different styles and even custom made details to my taste. I’m very happy with the results and envy of all my neighbours.
