i have been referring patients to Dr Bond and her partner, Dr. Ison for years. They are both extremely talented dentists, who want the best outcome possible for their patients. I love that they are straight shooters with their patients and their parents. Highly recommend.

Worst experience. I was referred by another dentist to get my daughter's route canal. We sit in the dentist chair for them to tell us they don't feel comfortable doing the procedure, add an additional 9 cavities to her sheet, and then tell us we will put our daughter through a traumatic experience if we move forward with doing the procedure in their office instead of putting her to sleep in a hospital. After all that was said and no xrays taken, they charged me 80 dollars. The worst experience. Do not go here!! Stay away and save your money.

Dr. Bond and her partner probably runs a financially successful practice. Their facilities and staff are top notch and friendly. However, IMHO, Dr. Bond herself is more concerned about running a successful practice than really look after her patients' interests or deeply caring about them (although she'll say otherwise). Our young daughter had a "routine" cavity filling which got badly infected. So bad that her whole face swelled-up and we had to take her to the emergency room! She had to take antibiotics for a week---and eventually had to get her front tooth extracted. Needless to say my daughter was in a lot of pain and we were very distraught. We were also very concerned about her future tooth growth. But all Dr. Bond could say was that it could have happened to any of her patients... and that it wasn't her fault in any way. We disagree. Long story short, she used poor judgment and failed to perform the cavity filling successfully--but she won't admit to it. After a long discussion she agreed to reimburse us for the fees. During our discussion, Dr. Bond seemed much more concerned about her reputation than our daughter. None of what she said seemed heartfelt at all... In the end she actually itemized the fees and only gave us back the exact amount---one for that one tooth that got infected. (This, after all that talk about "it's not about the money".) Needless to say, we didn't cash her so-called refund check. It was insult to injury. If my daughter needs braces in the future because of this, we'll be seeking damages. I would never recommend Dr. Bond to any of my close friends or family. To be fair, I don't have an opinion on her partner.
