I've had sewage back up into my basement four times now, and each time I've called Winmar in. Always happy with the service, they're courteous and put down mats so they don't track you know what through your house. I have had the cleaners miss a spot, but just call the rep and he sends them back in. Hope I never need them again, but will call if I do

WINMAR--Cambridge really came through for me in the end! I had water damage occur in the ceiling of my family room and some difficulty getting it restored. Jason R. at WINMAR--Cambridge arranged to have his best contractor come out to fix mistakes and complete the job. The whole room looks fantastic, the new wood work is impeccable, and everything was completed in a very timely fashion! I am very impressed. Thank you!

Had a drain let go and back up in our rental property.. nasty stuff and water all overy the place ( we'd moved inonly a couple weeks before and we had stuff everywhere) they were in super fast. Very quick response time. We had to leave for the evening. Came back and it was as if nothing had happened. They did an awesome job cleaning up, took what was contaminated, cleaned it and they were great to deal with. Was a huge load off our mind and we were very happy with their service. Hopefully we don't need them again but if we need someone they're who we will call. Thanks again

I had the chance to work with their crew. They are extremely professional and friendly, would recommend to anyone in need of a restoration crew. I had the chance to work with Jason and Gabriel.

To be involved with "Winmar" is effective and profitable only for their business partners, not for the people who have suffered during the flooding...I agree with one of the previous comments on the website that Mr.Emmans should have professional integrity and better human being qualities, unfortunately, the cornerstone for him (and maybe, for others involved in this issue ) is the interests of the business partners, for example, MF Property Management...There are pictures of my apartment's entrance drywall after the flooding,..the entrance wall looks like harmonica...and I have listing pictures of 2014... everyone can compare...the flooding happened on July 10, 2017 , the burst pipe water was pouring through the fixtures on the ceiling attached to the drywall, so the flooding made drywall soaking wet, and, also, bulgy, not at once, but at stages…WinMar’s Manager Bill Emmans claims that it has looked so ugly and bulgy all the time “from the builder”, though he personally placed 2-3 professional drying fans closer to the drywall on July 11.…and 5-6 fans and dehumidifiers in the hallway, outside of the entrance door, working there non-stop for more than 10 DAYS...if the drywall wasn't wet as he claimed, then why bother and put all the equipment near the entrance drywall from both sides and then repair the stains on the hallway ceiling and drywall? Yes, exactly, the equipment was placed to escape wet walls, wet ceiling and mold..…”Intact “ Insurance's Kelly Robinson and MF Property Management without providing second opinion (though I requested tons of times), has so far supported Bill in the damage assessor role in his big “mistake”, that the drywall to the right of the entrance, near the epicentre of flooding, somehow, miraculously, stayed "dry" during the flooding, as it helps to save money for the MF Property Management's "Intact" Insurance company…at my expense!!!They claim, they issued the cheque only for around 14 hundred dollars for all the drywall damage of the very expensive executive top notch suite...I haven't received any assistance from the "Intact" Insurance to deal with this problem ; and they are refusing to admit that the flooding destroyed my drywall...What is more interesting, there were 2 more, experienced at construction, professionals, one of them the WinMar's Kitchener office boss, Jason; he was personally present in the apartment during flooding which caused the bulging,…so they at "WinMar" are aware that the bulging appeared because of the flooding, the drywall was deformed when wet, and that caused the bulging…moreover, the similar drywall has been recently (in August/September 2017 ) repaired for the neighbor above, but guess what, the double standard, there is no entrance drywall bulging repairs payment for my unit from the MF Property Management's insurance...my insurance adjuster has been negotiating this issue alongside with other matters with "Intact" with no result for me because of the wrong assessment of Bill and Jason...as if I have not suffered enough this summer because of the negligence of my property management and flooding in my unit, that I have to pay out of my sole provider pocket for Bill Emmans’s and smb else's "mistakes". Is that fair? Also, WinMar's Bill Emmans was ready to charge me $3,000 in 2015 (real repairs cost $400), for the potential repairs of the small area behind the heater, while he assessed the whole flooding damage to my expensive executive suite's drywall with the amount of around $1,400, which I still after 4 months couldn't get into my pocket ... Honestly, I agree with one of the previous comments on the website that Mr.Emmans should have professional integrity and better human being qualities, unfortunately, the cornerstone for him (and maybe, for others involved in this issue ) is the interests of the business partners, for example, MF Property Management.
