I will never go to this place again you have to wait for a hr n half. When you get to the room wait another hr before the doctor shows up theses doctors must of went clown school. If they say your follow up is free. Hell no you are charged again. If this is the way you treat people it best not even go to you just go the hospital pay the high price . Glad someone has been taken video of your services reporting to the medical board

Although it is called "Immediate" care, the service may not be that "immediate". My doctor called them in advance to verify if they were able to do two blood tests that I needed. After they verified that the blood tests could be done there, I went there, but then I was made to wait for 1 hour. Later on, one of the assistants told me that they had been figuring out if they were able to do the blood tests. Upon this, I left. The manager of the clinic was polite, though.

Wait time was wonderfully short, the staff was kind and direct. Medical care that isn't a hassle, treats you well and is affordable; keep it up!

Way to go limiting patient care. What good is an emergency walk-in clinic if you have to make an appointment 2 months in advance? I can't believe that you would turn away a 4 year old who was obviously in pain. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Very professional office personnel, they understand how insurance's work, very accomadating and knowledgable staff. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. What a true professional would expect. I would recommend this urgent care over the one on Airport Road any day of the week.
