It was either east or west wing reception, the people have very poor mannerisms, very poor people skills.. very bad scheduling skills, and apparently from what I've been told by other employees there is that the specific individuals have a rep for all listed above and some.. how are they still employed? Also feel very discriminated because of my skin color every time I attempt to make an appointment there. Not very pleased with service provided by the receptionist. Honestly I thought that chief Andrew Isaac Health Care was bad, but this place is by far horrible when it comes to these guys. I'd rather pay $100 plus dollars for a round trip to Fairbanks to go to CAIHC than to go here again. Also, can't even get my medical history transfered..

Brian Boden has been looking after my daughter since she was 18 months old. Very respectful and easy to talk to. My daughter is actually excited for check ups and going to the doctor when she is sick.

Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Overall an awesome place. Thank you South Central Foundation, doctors, and staff for running an IHS facility that doesn't suck

This review is only pertinent to Brian and team. I have had super good experiences with other parts of the valley native clinic. I was scheduledfir a MRI and I have a metal in my hand. No problem we will just get x-ray of it and see if it will be a problem. Take off work Monday get x-ray. Wednesday day radiology calls confirms MRI for Friday. I ask, is the metal OK? Uhhhh let me check. Yes, it's fine. Call team Brian to double check. They say uhhhhmmm il get back to you on that. Never heard back. I thought no need is good news, and take off work and go for MRI. Can't do MRI because of metal. REALLY?!? so no oh we need to do a foreign object removal no nothing. Fine. I cut the damn thing out my self, switch providers and try this again.
