I'm currently an undergraduate student who will be attending dental school upon attaining my B.S.. I've been shadowing Dr. Flores to get a feel for the profession and to solidify my decision to become a dentist. Dr. Flores is an absolute professional who provides the highest quality of care, and watching his interactions with his patients has made me even more excited to go into this field. He is compassionate towards all of his patients, and he has treated some families for four generations. One major deterrent to me becoming a dentist was the rise of corporate dental firms where profit comes before the patient, and seeing a family dentist who stressed the importance of integrity and quality care has been extremely refreshing. His office is run extremely well, and all of the staff are experts at their trade. Overall, I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Do not come to this office. Horrible customer service and care. They tried to charge to 200 for an exam and x-ray before even doing any work. The worst part..I was told there was a chance that after paying 200$, I might not even get my tooth pulled?!? They lied & told mixed information over the phone . When i confronted Valerie on her false information , she rolled her eyes and became nasty. I can not believe they treat their patients /customers so bad?!?! Please read the fine print!! The I had the worst experience with this office. Dentist are expensive. Please go else where if you want quality care and kind good people to take care of u. They will rip u off and spit u out!

Wow! REALLY disappointed in this dentist. I saw them 3 years ago and they tried to push to have me pay for all kinds of dental work. I just wanted the regular cleaning covered by my health insurance. Now I get a collections notice for $11, 3 years later when I received NO notice from them about owing any money, which I shouldn’t because biannual dental cleanings we’re supposed to be %100 covered under my plan at the time. Do not go see if you’re looking for a new dentist. Thankfully the bill wasn’t higher, but still, no notice, really? To top it off, their excuse for owing $11 was that I wasn’t “in network” even though I specifically looked up dentists covered by my insurance and called them and asked if they covered my insurance. So they are also liars as well.
