i been to this dentist twice i didn't really pay attention to the bill i thought my coverage would be enough but turned out my coverage actually is covering my bill this dentistry is just over priced my bill was $3,200 they then say my insurance only covers so much so my co payment will be $900 out of pocket so i hold off with the tooth and went to another dentistry near my house and for the same tooth done my insurance covers it and my co payment was only $69 don't go to kings their a rip off. oh almost forgot the good part the tooth kings dental was supposed to had done only supposed to had been crowned but instead D.r russ threw in a surgery because with the bad tooth he said infection was in the canal when i went to the another DR they did an xray and said they'll remove the tooth and crown it so i said to the DR Do i need surgery he says no why do you say that i said kings dental told me i needed surgery because the canal is infected the Dr was like um i think they was trying to rip you off unbelievable, people stop going to kings the less business they receive the more likely they'll close their doors for operating a crappy dental practices and money that is earned the wrong way this dentist uses the same trick mechanics use, example: you bring you're car in to have your water pumped replaced because it overheats and loose water for $400 but the mechanic diagnosis it comes back and tell you awww sorry but you have a blown head gasket so now your bill is $1,800 do you guys get the big picture they fixed the problem but touched other things that didn't need to be screw kings they lose my business.

I had to have a second molar removed due to a hollowed root-canal. The schedule for the complete operation was slotted as a pull folllowdd by an implant to ensure the tooth above it doesn't fall out later. Hahahahah. Excuse my laughter, but if I didn't laugh about the pull experience I would probably have to pull my own teeth out from now on. They start the pulling before any of the local anesthetic shad completely set in and didn't even offer nitrous. On the way out the don't even write a prescription for pain killers and--here's the kicker--tell me the implant is totally covered by my insurance. Hahahahhaha. Again, I have to laugh about this because when I came back in (I'm the fool for that) they present me with the estimated billing for the implant... $4,771. When I tell them I was told the implant was covered by my insurance, they kindly offer me a credit card to cover the amount instead of standing by their original word that my insurance would cover it. I would rather be circumcised at 30 than go back into this facility. 0/10... would not recommend.

Unprofessional disregard for patient care. Called to make an appointment to see a dentist for jaw pain. Show up and wait thirty minutes before the hygienist informs me dr. Fitton has left and she doesn't know why. I had the option of rescheduling another appointment. Office is kind of dirty as well but that would have been acceptable had I gotten the care that is standard for a physicians office.

Been twice, both times I had an outstanding experience at a very reasonable cost.

I had upper and lower dental implants and I'd like to share my experience here at this facility. Dr. Russell Fitton was excellent, gentle and precise on his work. I can tell by his confidence that he was experienced and knowledgable. His support staff, Donna showed empathy and care while assisting him. Lea, the administrative staff was efficient and compassionate when I called later that day for medication that I needed to have a restful night. I had another dental quote from a different implant dental office and King's Dental is far more affordable with high quality service. For regular dentist services, be sure to ask for Maggie Lee. She is also an excellent dentist and gentle. I totally love this place and although I don't like dentists (you know what I mean), I fully trust these people.
