Mark Epstein was recommended to me by a friend and I am very happy with the end result. He and his team are a very strong group of professionals ready to help and get the outcome you deserve. I highly recommend Mark Epstein and his team to everyone. They are punctual, great communicators, focussed on your case and never stop until it is completed at the satisfaction of the client.

I retained Mark Epstein as my lawyer over five years ago and it was definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made. The revelations that led to me realising I needed a divorce were brutal, life changing and emotionally traumatic. I reached out to a number of lawyers and Mark Epstein was the only one who expressed concern for my state of mind and my well being. He immediately advocated that I seek out counselling and focus on self care – all of this before I'd even retained him as my lawyer! Suffice to say this above and beyond level of concern and care made my decision to retain Mark as my counsel very easy. I know the trauma of my circumstances made me at times a very high needs client. Mark was very patient and pragmatic. He kept me grounded even when things seemed their bleakest. Mark's expertise in family law gave me confidence and reassurance. There were occasions when I felt myself spiralling; Mark's reality checks were a balm, a comfort and a source of strength. Another thing I grew to appreciate is Mark's sense of timing and his skill for seeing the big picture. He understands the strategic value of taking time to respond to opposing counsel yet he also knows when a quick response is the best tactic. I remember describing Mark's approach being epitomised as “laconic confidence”. Nothing rattles him. His knowledge of family law is vast and his advocacy is unfailing. The settlement that was reached was not only fair but far better than I had hoped. My experience with Mark Epstein has lead me to truly believe that he is a brilliant skilled lawyer and a staunch strong advocate. Suffice to say I would recommend Mark Epstein in a heartbeat! I am very grateful for Mark Epstein and his service. He exceeded my expectations. I've used Mark Epstein a couple of times. Years ago for a personal injury case and later for a family law matter. Excellent service and happy with the outcome of both cases! He is responsive and will tell it to you straight but he also listened to my concerns, was patient with me answering all of my questions ( I had a lot) and always kept me up to date with the progress of my case. I was very distressed with my family law matter and he worked and fought hard for my case and I found him well prepared - always one step ahead . I'm extremely grateful for the win. Thanks to his knowledge , and expertise I am more than happy with the outcome . I wanted a lawyer who was confident and Mark Epstein was confident and knew how to strategize and get down to it. He will listen, accurately assess ,be direct, and tell you what you're up against . In my opinion If you're looking for a lawyer who will tell you what you want to hear but not accurately assess, take your money and muddle through he is not your guy. Highly recommend him for personal injury and family law. Thanks again Mark and being understanding all those times when my anxiety was in overdrive! Truly appreciate it .
