horrible place, no one ever answers the phone, I went in with severe pain I haven't gotten any decent sleep in 2 weeks I was almost in tears I was in so much pain, they took a xray told me they were going to write a referral to another dentist and charged me 70$ so I got no relief from the horrible pain im in or no antibiotics nothing but a bill and a referral to a real dentist. I wouldn't send my dog to this dentist they dont care at all about their patients. honestly this place should shut down. I have never heard of anyone that has ever been there that liked this place, they all hate it.

My son's filling broke off, and they won't return my calls. The female dentist was really rough with him. He's 17, a pretty tough kid, and can handle a lot. For him to complain- it's rough. He didn't mention it until I scheduled my 11 year old's appt; he became concerned that he might get her. He's currently in pain, and looks like we will have to go elsewhere. Stinks to not have insurance!

I have been calling for weeks, nobody ever picks up the phone! I have also left messages and haven't got any calls back. Needs better parking.

This place sucks. Because I have two kids and no babysitter and had to cancel a third appt without it being within 24 hours, you refuse to let me schedule appointments anymore and kicked out. There’s no where else in this area to get dental care with my insurance. Thanks to that, I now have an abscess that’s hurting me and causing me pain everyday that I can’t get anything done for it!

This place doesn't care about it's patients. I saw the dentist there 3 weeks ago for toothpain. She said she didn't see an infection however I do need work done so she scheduled me a month out to give me time to decide what I want done. However the pain greatly increased over the next couple of days. I ended up in the ER and they gave me antibiotics. But nothing is working on the pain. So for the past 2 weeks I have called them, I have even left several msgs. My sister has called them also for me and have left several msgs. They have not called either of us back and I even stated in my msg I have been to the ER. Between the both of us we have called maybe 25x and left 5 msgs. No one answers or calls me back. I am in so much freaking pain I have been crying every day. I don't live near by or I would have stopped in by now however I guess I will have to even tho it's ridiculous.
