I was leary due to other reviews, but my experience with them was amazing! Everyone was very friendly (however, stay away from the older sounding female receptionist over the phone). They were able to help with my anxiety, and Dr. Kippak was amazing and even had great bedside manner. Highly recommend!

Step dad went into have an abcess removed, staff was rude and using profanity. Dentist was arrogant and rude as well. Refused to prescribe him any painkillers after having oral SURGERY. Absolutely would never return. Only went because it was an emergency.

I had a tooth extracted two days ago by kippax and I was under the impression I was being put to sleep. Little did I know it was actually just conscious sedation where I would be awake and feel and remember every thing. During the extraction I felt cracking and heard cracking and tried to scream. When I became more lucid I realized that there was tooth still sticking out of the socket. I asked him if he left tooth behind and he insisted that it was bone. I was confused as I have never heard of sharp pieces of bone being left behind sticking out of the socket scraping against the inside of my cheek. Any way he said the gum would eventually cover it over. I left with no documentation of what I was given when sedated and I realized this was needed to give to my other doctors office. So I called and asked them to fax over the information in which they spoke to kippax and he said I would need to fill out a release from the other dr office for him to do this. That is when I said I would just pick it up. Then he said that he would rather me do the release. If I had not been pressed for time I would have forced the issue because they have no right to deny me a copy of my medical records but I complied. Two days later no fax has been sent to my other dr office and the bone is now really irritating my cheek. It is really scraping up my cheek. So today I called and told them I really needed the info faxed to the office and that I needed to come in so he could take care of the scraping bone. They scheduled me an appointment for 1 hour from then and I accepted. I hung up the phone and my brother who was at my home said he would need to go home for work at the same time. So I realized that I would need to reschedule the appointment. So I called and the person I spoke to said that if i canceled he would no longer see me as a patient. I said are you serious I just called and made the appointment less than ten minutes ago and then I asked why one cancelation would prevent me from ever coming in again. She then informed me that I had one from a while ago. I asked her when this was and she told me it was from 2002!. I then said are you serious that something that happened 13 years ago when I was a minor would then be held against me. She said yes it is his policy. So not only could I not cancel an appointment made ten minutes previous or I would be banned from this practice but it was stemming upon a cancelation that was made when I was 14 years old. Ridiculous. They never should have sent me out the door with bone sticking out of my mouth in the first place. I am so irritated. So be very careful about going to this place as he will schedule you for the same time as at least 3 other patients and you will likely be sitting there for at least an hour and he will send you home knowing that there is bone pieces hanging out of the socket scraping your mouth. So due to the threat that I would be banned for rescheduling the appointment I made less than ten minutes previous I decided to go in. I waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes then another 10 minutes in the procedure room. When He came in I explained the same thing I explained about the bone scraping my cheeks before I left when he initially pulled the tooth and he looked and said okay then grabbed some hemostats and began to grab the rather large piece of bone that was exposed and started to yank on it. He did not numb it with any topical or injection type of novacaine or lidocaine or what ever they use now he just started pulling on it. Of course this hurt because the socket was already sore from having the tooth removed only two days prior and as a reaction I pulled away. I asked him to please use something to numb it and he said if I just sat still he could get it. I was like right but it hurts. Any way he never used anything to numb it he just went and ripped it out. Then he sent me on my way. Did not put any gauze in my mouth to absorb the bleeding nothing. just sent me on my way. So it would have been nice had this been taken care of the first time. go with caution

If you want someone to talk to you like a dog... lied to and dirty place then he'll yeah I would refer you. But I am a human and would like to be treated like so... only God knows how they are still in business.

I've had several tooth extractions and have severe anxiety, the procedure went at a slow comfortable pace suited to my needs, would definitely recommend to anyone who gets anxious during oral procedures!
