I was fortunate enough to have Mel Chaudhary represent me when I had my motorcycle accident. Mel went above and beyond for me day in day out. Prior to dealing with Mel I never had any experience with any lawyer and was a bit weary but Mel is such a compassionate and humble human being that blew me away. He always cared about my well being and did not just see me as another client. Mel got the chance to know me and built his relationship with me and would email or call and always ask me how I was doing. Mel has been very kind and helpful and carries himself like a true professional and always looks out of the best interest of the people he comes across. Mel is the type of person who will continue to look out for your best interests even after you no longer need his services. I can never express enough gratitude towards Mel for all he has done for me. I finished a very extensive doctorate program while I was working with Mel and was able to take away my worries from all the legal aspects and allowed me to focus on school and always asked me how school, work or life were. Hopefully you never require legal services but if you ever do I hope Mel is your lawyer. I hope I also never require his services again but without a doubt he would the first call I make if need be. In Oct 2012, I was rear ended by a Semi Truck on my way to work. After that day, my life would never be the same. I was trying to organize physical therapy, papers for being off work, insurance paperwork and looking after my children. I had to deal with two separate insurance agencies that were essentially ping ponging me back and forth, like a very cruel game. Melvin Chaudhary took me on as a client when I slipped into Major Depression. Major Depression as a result of pain from the accident and as a result of how I was being treated by the two insurance companies. When I just could not take the stress anymore, Mel brought me hope for the future, when I had none and I had lost everything. Mr. Chaudhary took the pressure off me just when I needed it most and dealt with all the issues and stress enabling me to focus on my health. Mr. Chaudhary is extremely caring, compassionate and kind. Mr. Chaudhary is professional, patient, intelligent, confident and calm under pressure. Mr. Chaudhary is persistent and accomplishes goals and tasks when they arise. I felt cared for, confident, informed and well represented the whole way through. Mr. Chaudhary looked at me as a whole person, not just as a case or number. It has been a great privilege to have had Mr. Chaudhary helping me through my case, over six long years and through numerous illnesses, new diagnoses and surgeries. There is no way I could have made it through without him. I would highly recommend Mr Chaudhary as someone who will look out for you and for your best interests.
