Dr P was absolutely AMAZING! Soothed my fears and even coaxed my dentist hating son into having much needed treatment.....I was slightly apprehensive as his rates were so reasonable, but I had NO reason to worry!! 10 stars!

Very horrible. So I sign up with the office, hoping to get honesty and quality care for my family, trying to keep the business within my community. To my disappointment, I am hit with dishonesty and insult of my intellect. I have in black and white the paper provided to me at the beginning of each year listing or coverage. However, the office gives me the run around for 1 month, doing just what I had told my husband they would do....say they are not taking anymore patients for the year. I am extremely disappointed because I really did not expect to be told to change from a DMO to a PPO, or that my insurance is conspiring against me. I will NEVER beg for services, just wish my time would have been valued as much as they would want their's valued. Also, that they would stick to thier agreement n provide the services they agreed to. Integrity is a big deal.
