I would very much like to share my experiences with Dr. Rowe and Staff and how my life has changed. Here is my story:
In 2005, I confided in my Dentist that I was not happy with my crowded, crooked and overlapping teeth. I did not like my smile. Having my teeth straightened as a child was not an option for me due to poverty.
For this reason, in the "Autumn" years of my life, at age 56, I decided to pursue correcting this situation. I wanted to be able to "smile a true smile" and not be embarrassed.
My Dentist, Dr. "C", unhesitatingly recommended Dr. Todd K. Rowe. He couldn't praise Dr. Rowe enough and said he was referring me to the best.
What a gift that referral turned out to be.
First impressions tend to be the most lasting, accurate and oftentimes true to life.
My first visit to Dr. Rowe's office is one I will never forget. At the office entrance, I was "announced" on a chalkboard with my first name and those of other new patients. I felt as if I were an honored guest.
Once I stepped inside, I was greeted and welcomed with enthusiasm by Dr. Rowe's Receptionist and Office Manager, Crissy.
Immediately following, one of Dr. Rowe's Assistants accompanied me to my "Orthodontist chair"
I was so impressed with Dr. Rowe and Staff. Dr. Rowe is very time conscious and utilizes time very efficiently and effectively for himself, his staff and his patients. For example, if one has an appt. at 7:55 AM, one is taken at 7:55 AM. This is such a consolation to me to not lose time from my job. Dr. Rowe is very respectful of one's valuable time. It is a commodity and scarce. I thank him and Staff for that.
I was also very impressed by Dr. Rowe's interaction with his staff. Each of his Assistants is extremely competent, engaging, professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. His Assistants know me and other patients on a first name basis.
There is a great deal of positive energy and synergy between and amongst Dr. Rowe and his Staff. It is evident that he sets extremely high standards of excellence and expectations of precision and accuracy in the quality of work performed by his Assistants.
Dr. Rowe and Staff's positive energy and synergy is very apparent and makes for a fun work environment from my perspective. These positive vibes make one's office visit very pleasant and enjoyable (it makes enduring any "pain" from the orthodontics easy to ignore).
The décor in the office is also very conducive to pleasing the senses. Attractive and upbeat, it relaxes the patients I have to believe. It certainly relaxes me.
There is also coffee and tea available when waiting and very entertaining books and magazines. The ones on optical illusions captured my attention.
Dr. Rowe changed my life. My straight teeth helped me to smile with ease and has boosted my self confidence, aided my interface with others and helped in my job success.
I appreciate so many things about Dr. Rowe and his wonderful Staff: Crissy, Lynn, Shannon, Elsa, Heather, all. Each one, from my perspective, is:
-Customer oriented and welcoming
-Professional
-Knowledgeable
-Highly skilled and competent
-Computer and tech savvy
-Outgoing and fun loving (They share a nice camaraderie with all)
It is always a delight to visit and, unhesitatingly, I recommend Dr. Rowe as did my Dentist, Dr. "C". Now 2015, 10 years later in a return visit to Dr. Rowe, I learned that my bite is still perfect from his work 10 years ago. What a gift from my "Smile Doctor".
Thank you Dr. Rowe. Thank you Crissy, Shannon, Lynn, Elsa and Heather, all, for impacting my life in such a positive way. You are all gifts to me.
