Highly recommended

In short, I would not have been successful in my challenge of my insurance providers refusal to pay out LTD claim if I had not partnered with Derek to challenge the decision. I had tried as an individual to submit a claim that (I felt) was very strong. I had supporting documentation from numerous medical experts and a documented clinical record of life threatening related health issues. I soon realized that the insurance industry is not there to help but rather to generate profit and benefit stakeholders. Derek was able to work with me to navigate the system and bring us to mediation resulting in a positive outcome. I hope to never find myself in a similar situation, but if I do I will not hesitate to contact Derek. I met with three legal councils before going with Derek. Derek was by far the most sincerely, to the point and genuine and I have no regrets. Highly recommended Steve

Dear Derek, We would like to thank you and your staff very much for hard work and perseverance dealing we our personal injury claim. You we were constantly professional and reassuring when ever we communicate with you. Your efficiency was just outstanding - you never left us waiting and wondering. We are so pleased and grateful for your professional guidance and hard work. Your compassion and care was felt throughout the process, and for that we our most appreciative. It is so unfortunate that we purchase insurance thinking that it will be there for you when you need it, but unfortunately they our not. It seems that insurance companies seem to have a pattern of abuse, as they are negligible when you try to make a claim.

Car accidents are never easy.. 3 years ago I was in an MVA, and trying to find a good lawyer to take on my personal injury case.. I contacted a few, but nobody compared to the compassion and care I received from Derek Wilson. Him and his staff (Taryn) are absolutely wonderful. There were times I felt like giving up, and they would pull me out of the dark hole I was in. Derek is straightforward no BS lawyer. He has been doing this type of work for many years and know the ins and outs of how everything works in regards to personal injury cases. Thanks again guys.
