I just had a root canal done at Perry Endodontics . Could a root canal be a good experience? Ever? Oh, Yes! I have heard all sort of stories about people having root canals done over the years and I was a bit apprehensive about what would be going on. This place is OUTSTANDING!! The receptionist I spoke with at my appointment booking was Susan. She is hands down the most pleasant person I have EVER spoken to on the phone. Professional ,warm and very friendly. When I arrived for my procedure,II found that all of the staff seemed to be hand picked from the cream of the crop! ( This includes Dr. Perry's assistant for my procedure) The atmosphere and service reminds you of being in a spa! ( They really cater to your comfort with extras to make sure you have a relaxing experience) My treatment lasted about 1 hour and a half and it was painless. Dr Perry is an exceptional D.M.D and I HIGHLY,HIGHLY, recommend this place to anyone! There are not enough stars, in a star rating, to rate this place!

Dr. Perry's office is more like a spa than a dental office with soft lighting, music, lip balm, and warm lavender towel to clean my face in the end. Her work is outstanding. I felt no pain during my time there, only the pinch with the Novocain. In fact, I fell asleep a few times during the procedures.

I cannot say enough positive words to describe my experience with Dr. Perry and her staff. They went above and beyond the "call of duty" and at the end of the day I was pain free! Thank you so much to all of you at Perry Endodontics!

Dear Dr. Perry and colleagues of Perryendo, Last week when I woke up to have my morning coffee I noticed heat sensitivity in my tooth and knew something was off. Fortunately for me I have access to the best endodontic office in Western MA and this was my opportunity to have the patient experience in our office! Starting with the registration process, thank you Susan and Alisa for helping me with the forms and making sure I was on the schedule, you are awesome! Thank you Liz for being my excellent assistant and ensuring maximum comfort with a warm blanket along with the attentive care throughout the entire procedure. And Dr. Perry, I feel that "thank you" doesn't begin to cover how grateful I am that you saved my tooth! Your skills and expertise and warm manner are amazing, I felt no pain at all! It was such a pleasant and comfortable experience for me and now I can understand even more how important it is to be there for our patients when they need us because I was that patient as well.

I had a very pleasant experience at the office of Perry Endodontics. Office atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, staff were courteous and professional. Dr. Perry is excellent in the work of her specialty and uses state of the art technology to detect problems and treat root canals. She took the time to explain what was happening with my tooth utilizing x-rays which I found to be very helpful both at the initial visit and during the root canal procedure. The root canal procedure was done very meticulously and carefully with least discomfort to myself during and after the procedure. Dr. Perry is a warm, kind, and generous individual and my experience at her office was by far the best experience in a dental office. I am very pleased with the treatment outcome and highly recommend Dr. Perry!
