AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS. I had one of the most anxiety enducing, painful experiences here. This office has no idea what they are doing. I showed up at 1:55 pm for my 2 pm appointment. The front desk woman told me to take a seat, and the dentist will be right with me. I then sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes while the dentist explained what looked like a schedule to the front desk lady, pep talking her on how to be a better front desk person. I didn't get seen till 2:40pm, and when I sat down in the chair the dentist assistant had the wrong information on what work I needed done. So I sat for another 10 minutes while she went and figured it out. Once they FINALLY started getting my work done, it was 3pm. Then, they gave me a ridiculous amount of anistetic in the WRONG PLACE, and when I told him I don't think the right place was numb enough, he told me that it would be fine and he had numbed the right nerves......HOWEVER, when he started drilling in my mouth, I SCREAMED because it wasn't numb enough, as I had TOLD him. All the while he kept accidentally hitting my lower jaw with the drill and hurting me. He kept telling me my mouth wasn't open wide enough. He shoved some kind of jaw opener in my mouth that was too big for my mouth, so he pulled my mouth open so forcefully that I thought he was going to break my jaw. I told him I couldn't open my mouth any wider, but he said that we didn't have a choice. The jaw contraption got stuck in my mouth when they were trying to pull it out. He pulled at my jaw again so hard I started to cry. Then, I couldn't move my neck because of the pain I was in. It's a day later and I still can hardly open my jaw or move my neck because it is so sore. When he went to do my other cavity on the lower right side, he once again put the anistetic in the wrong spots. He put so much anistetic that I couldn't feel the entire side of my face, and some of my neck, everything BUT the tooth he was drilling into. I tried to scream with all the stuff in my mouth. He waited a few more moments and then tired drilling again, I screamed, AGAIN. So he put more anesthetic till it was finally numb. 5 shots of his strongest anesthetic he put in my jaw and still managed to cause this much pain while I nearly had a panic attack from not being able to feel my face or move my neck. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I left the place shaking. Not to mention when I was leaving I saw a lady passed out sleeping in the waiting room....... 🙄 Completely disorganized fools at this place.

My experience with Dr. Watson has been great! I had some major work done at his Chelsea office and the results were as good as expected. He was very thorough in explaining the possible options for my situation and help me determine the best plan of care for the long term . He has great availability and is a very pleasant person to deal with. I feel I made a good decision by choosing him as my dentist.
