Always a good experience. I've been going for 3 years or so. Always the same hygenist, who is more than capable. They let you decide what you want done based on your needs and budget. Highly recommend.

I give all the staff a 5 star rating, but Jasmine should get a 6 star if possible as she strived real hard one day to take care of an issue I had. She was able to take care of the issue and get me on my way, thank you, much appreciated. I am extremely happy with the end results of my dental work. I appreciate each and every staff member at Aspen Dental, Jackson, MI. Wish you all the best!! I will be a return customer for the rest of my life, and I will only recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Thank you all for everything. Smiling every day with confidence, Jason!!

Always a great experience. Staff bend over backwards to help and make sure you are comfortable. I do highly recommend Aspen Dental for all your dental needs.

Great first time experience! I look forward to having them as my primary dental care. Jen P at the desk was very helpful, friendly and professional. Ashily did a great job with the x-ray exam and answered any questions I had. She was also very insightful and thoroughly explained what she was doing. The hygienist and doctor were also very nice and insightful. Zack was very professional at the end of my visit, scheduled a follow-up and he also answered any of my questions.

Staff was nice, but unable to help. I had a crown fall out and the only thing they could do an initial consultation. No treatment was performed. I would not have gone here, had my insurance not forced me to. I contacted my insurance company and they were able to transfer my care to a dentist in Ann Arbor. Thank goodness my new dentist was able to reattach my crown and get me set up for the next week for additional cleaning steps. I am will to drive 45 minutes one way to go to a different dentist office.
