Very friendly staff. Everyone is very courteous and knowledgeable. Have been going there the past couple years with no complaints. Much better compared to my past dentists. They are much more thorough than the others.

Great service, the ladies were very nice and helpful. Nurse and dentist were very considerate and removed my tooth with no pain or discomfort. Plus it was all done quickly 6 out of 5 stars.

Recently went in for a toothache and the doctor and front desk were very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend to friends and family!

This place sucks. They are rude and disrespectful. Only reason I stayed is because they were close to where I lived. They pressure you into signing a paper when you've told them over and over you don't like the way your teeth look. I recommend going somewhere else if I were you. They have fd up three set off teeth and one guy was really good. He said, these people here really mest up your teeth. That is not you smoke. They were ugly huge teeth. And the so called owner didn't give a dam. He was the only professional there. They receptionist acts like she's a celebrity behind a desk tho. Rude service. Go somewhere else. These people don't care about no one. Oh and I seen charges and extra fees, they weren't even supposed to be on there that's another reason I was upset and they didn't want to explain what they were. Couldn't explain. Dam shame.

Was referred to Shelby Dental by my insurance to learn all my teeth have to be removed. They assured me that they could remove my teeth without being knocked out, being petrified of this idea I still kept the appointment. Other than the first initial shots I didn't feel a thing; so don't fear the idea of the old-fashioned method of being sedated not being used keep you from having a beautiful smile. They are very friendly and will keep you aware of what's going to happen each step of the way. Had I found you guys before the damage was done I would prolly still have my real teeth, for the fear wouldn't of been instilled. Thank you for being passionate about what you do it shows!
