I have taken my kids here and they do a great job. No one was every rude to us they took the time to explain what was going on and tips to have better health.

Staff was extremely rude, literally yelling at my daughter making her cry. Very disrespectful to her. Saying things like she is "too far gone." They were basically calling both of us dumb. The main dentist was just as disrespectful as the last and was judging my daughter. Refused to look us in the eye. You will never find us here again, terrible service. DO NOT bring your children here. Ever.

I’ve been to some of the BEST dentists in Los Angeles and Pasadena, California and in St. Joseph, Missouri. I received the friendliest and most professional intake/exit treatment I’ve ever received ‘anywhere’ at Northwest Health Dental Service. However, when I was treated by Dr. Milson, DDS, I was truly left in awe. Courteous, compassionate, thorough and PROFESSIONAL. He is truly THE BEST dentist I’ve ever had...AWESOME!

Can someone tell me why you have to put your sexual orientation on the intake form? Very odd that they need to know that. I had a student do my cleaning and he and the rest of the staff were very personable and good to work with.
