Please do not go here. I scheduled an appointment to fix a very minor chip in my front tooth and to have my teeth cleaned. They "cleaned" my teeth in 4 minutes. My old dentist office would spend 45 minutes carefully cleaning my teeth. After my cleaning Dr. Eisenburg came in and told me I would need to reschedule to get my chip fixed. I requested he fix it while I was there as that was my main reason for making an appointment and taking time off of work. He fixed my tooth in 5 minutes and did a bad job. I had a cut on my upper lip, which he was not gentle with AT ALL. His fat stomach was pushed against my head. Looking around things were dusty and gross. I will never return.

This office is a NO GO! I went because a family member had work done here. The staff was relatively friendly and I did not see any immediate problems going here. After my inital xrays and cleanings I was told that I had a root canal and 7 cavaties. This is after never having a dental problem in my life. So initially I was very shocked but the dentist did point out everything of the x-ray and I was having pain in my tooth which would explain the root canal. The dentist wrote up an "estimate" of all the work I would need done which came to about $2,000 out of pocket after insurance! I waited a while and thought about a second look but then eventually decided to call to schedule the root canal. I called to schedule and they told me I would have to mail a $100 deposite to hold the appt. Then on the actual day of the appt I would need to bring half the total amount, and the rest to the second appt. After much debate I decided to proceed with setting the appt. They do not have any evening hours and expected a 10am appointment to just be okay. Explained I had work and that I could not afford to miss work when I have to pay for the procedure. I also stated I would call around to find another place that had evening hours. The office then called back and suggested I go to one of their partner offices that had later hours. After looking up reviews I felt that might not be my best option either. Another dentist was suggested to me by a coworker. I called them and was scheduled for an appt on Monday. The new office even called to request my x-rays. They stated they needed to speak with me for that. I called to request my own x-rays and was then told that they would dupe and mail them once they receive a $15.00 check from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mind you this was after I brought a copy of an x-ray to them! The receptionist explained she could mail that copy but none of the recent ones! I am glad I decided to go else where! MONEY HUNGRY if you ask me!
