Not very professional or Friendly. Took my four daughters there, felt like they rushed everything. The front desk is the the best and not welcoming at all. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere there are some GREAT ones close!

I have three children and I would highly recommend this office. Dr Ballard is patient and caring and he has a gentle way of easing the patients and the parents! Sometimes we have a little wait time in the waiting area but they have a playroom to keep little ones occupied. The ladies at the desk will even “watch” the baby while the older child and mom goes back in the room for treatment. Everyone there loves children and is so kind. I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes when I know my child is being cared for. The staff is professional and educated . They are so busy and yet manage to stay kind and patient. Dr Ballard is helping the community battle and educate people in the “decay epidemic” that is rampant in this area. He really cares about the children regardless of how neglectful some parents are regarding “ baby” teeth that will “ just fall out”. Everyone I talk to in the office has been following Dr Ballard since he came to NJ as their children will only see him. The employees in the office have all been there a long time and that also speaks volumes of his character and how he treats his employees.

This is my grandkids, Chef SUMMER age 6 and Chef RJ age 2, dentist. The kids absolutely LOVE 🥰🥰🥰their dentist and enjoy going to their appointments😳😳😳🥰🥰🥰!! Chef SUMMER knew she was going to get her tooth pulled 😳😳 and had no problem going to her appointment 🤗🤗🤗🥰🥰🥰!! She was in and out in no time, had no tears before or after getting her tooth pulled😳😳🤗🤗🥰🥰!! They are absolutely fabulous with the kids!! Chef SUMMER has been a patient since she had her baby teeth and Chef RJ has too🤗🤗!! They even take adolescent patients too🤗🤗!! The waiting room was clean and very cool looking but I didn’t capture any inside photos to show you! The staff were friendly and pleasant and so were the patients and their families🤗🤗🥰🥰🥰!!

My son had appt today, he was a new patient. Everyone was so nices, it was very clean, the hygienist was very nice to me and my son, and the Dr was really nice also. He talked about how nice everyone was the way to school. My son is excited about going back for his next appt. Thank you Kool koala staff. Heather j

Absolutely love this place. I recently brought my 2 year old here and I can't say anything bad about this office.....the play room is great I had a hard time getting my son to leave...dr ballard is great he really knows how to handle children and their parents lol and the staff was so welcoming and friendly I tell everyone I know with kids to come here.
