The only reason I gave this nightmare of a medical facility one star is because if you don't it won't let your write a review. This place is really darkened by the brigade of unprofessional receptionist/office manager's that you must literally fight through in order to get to the people that really matter. I don't come there for the receptionist/office manager I come there for the professional opinion of the Doctor's that have spent years in school and have dedicated their lives to this profession. I called today to get the times of my daughters' upcoming appointments and was before anything threatened by the receptionist "Kate" that my children are not to miss their next appointment or "else you need to find another Dentist". I explained to her that my children are under the care of a Specialist at CHOP and that their prior appointments were rescheduled at the request of their Doctor she continued to argue with me and REFUSED to give me the appointment times of my girls. Instead she put me on a 15minute hold to speak to the "Manager". Ironically the call was disconnected and when I called back she argued with me some more and stated that "My manager is in a meeting". I asked for the manager above the current Office Manager and she replied, "She's gonna have to tell you that because I'm not, we don't give the public that information". So I'm guessing no one has ever taught this "Kate" about the chain of command and I'm assuming she doesn't understand that a Medical Doctor over rides her and her office manager's professional opinion any day. Speaking to the office manager is a joke as well, your immediately met with the rolling of the eyes, snapping of the gum, and long nails pointed into your face. This is ridiculous, and then to threaten a parent that her child will not be seen is a low blow a typical Millville Family Dental approach. I wish I could skip dealing with them and deal directly with the PROFESSIONALS in the back. Do not go there and expect professionalism or empathy!!!!!! Their Administrators need to remind them that The DENTIST and HYGIENIST rake in the money there not them. You can get the same empathy and dedication from an automated system as you can them. SAD really SAD.

I would not give this place a star if I had a choice. They push you into procedures by scaring you about the dental health of your child. My mother took my child for a filling and came home with a bill for over a thousand dollars on a root canal of a molar that will fall out in a few years. Told us we saved over a thousand by purchasing their insurance. What they really did was talk fast and take advantage of my 72 year old mother. Don't sit in a chair without asking what are you doing and how much will it cost. And is this procedure really necessary? They did, according to them, $2,400 dental work to A PRIMARY TOOTH. Why didn't they just pull the thing? These people are rip off artists. We'll NEVER go there again.

This place is a joke and extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They told me my 4 year old had 2 small cavities and that it was no big deal. AFTER they were filled I was told it was $300! The dentist filled her 2 cavities in less than 5 minutes and didn't even numb her, I now doubt she even had any cavities!! I was never told the price until after the procedure. I also had a cavity filled there before and the filling has fell out for the second time now!! The dentist constantly talks about all of his family, his ex wife, and personal problems the whole time he does your teeth but doesn't tell you how much you have to pay for the procedure!!!

Horrible place so unprofessional. Made an appointment for a cleaning and all they did was x rays. They told me to come back and make another appointment for cleaning. Which my so called x ray appointment was an already rescheduled appointment. They made up some lie saying new patients don't get their teeth cleaned on the first day. Which I new was a lie because my coworker had just went. When I got to the front desk they mixed my daughter and my charts. They had no clue who was who. The front desk asked me what they did to my teeth because the assistant didn't write anything down apparently. They are probably going to charge me for something I never got done so I can't wait to get that bill and report them. Waste of my time and money. You can feel the tension of the employees they hate each other and don't get along and it makes it awkward for all the patients. On yelp this a one star place.

Everytime i go here there is a problem, i dont think the people who work here take their job seriously. I have a list full of complaints and ive had it with this place. The receptionist scheduled my sons appt 2 months from the day i called. She also said i had to be there at 8:45am, but they dont open until 9. So i was there bright and early like i was told. Well we sat there until 10am and i finaly said forget it. The lady at the front desk is always ignorant and always has a nasty attitude. There must be favouritism going on there, because there was one girl whos appt wasnt until 9:30 however she seemed to know the receptionist very well & she was seen before me and my son, including a couple of other patients who also had appts after I did. Yet i sat there waiting. Worst dentist ever i would never reccommend them to anyone. They don't even deserve one star.
