I have been a patient of Dr. Barrette for over 18 months now. During that time, I received 3 root canals, 2 intense extractions, and a remake of both my upper and lower flexible partials. Also a post and crown, and an additional crown. I feel at this point I can truly say that Dr. Barrette is an amazing Dentist. She is also an amazing person, making you feel so comfortable that all fear disappears knowing that you are in Talented and Gentle Hands. Her assistants are very personable and responsive to her procedures.

I just visited this dentist office because my daughter's tooth was hurting her and the gum was swollen. The tooth was shaking slightly but she was in pain. First of all my appointment was at 3pm this lady left the office and did not come back until 3:30 by this time she has 5 other patients waiting for her. She did not even apologized for her tardiness. We were placed into a room at 3:33pm where she examined my daughter's tooth she then put the gel on the gum walked over to a desk and picked up the tool to pull out the tooth. Less than a minute she clamped on to my daughter's tooth and began pulling it out. She did not give the gel time to work. My daughter was screaming and the woman continued pulling the tooth out. My heart fell to the floor. I could not believe what I was seeing. This was a cruel, heath less and inhumane act. I called her after I left the office and her response was my daughter wasn't crying. I wonder what the scream was for. I will be taking this further, Dr Barrett! You have no compassion for people. We deserve an apology.
