RUN. Eisenberg should be sued. How do he and his partners sleep at night? Nine years ago they told me I needed a root canal (I had no symptoms or pain). I paid $1000 out of pocket for a procedure I probably didn't need. Recently, the tooth became reinfected. Both my current dentist and the endodontist I saw were shocked and appalled upon seeing the X-ray. They both said that the treatment I received from Eisenberg was substandard to the point of malpractice. Basically he did a shoddy rush job and never even really bothered to fill the canals. My dentist was amazed I had even lasted that long before becoming infected and said I must have a strong immune system. My tooth was so far gone at this point due to this unethical, substandard work that I nearly lost it. I will be reporting them to my HR in Princeton as well.

We have been coming here for a few years. The front office has not improved from being persnickety and confrontational towards patients. My advice for this practice, get on board with healthcare in 2017; it's ALL about the patient experience. A good office manager will periodically do his or her due diligence and assess the waiting room setting and front office staff for best practice and for delivering consistent, excellent patient experiences.

Poorly managed front office. For the second time, in one year, I was made to wait over 45 minutes for an appointment. (That's a pretty poor ratio considering I only visit two to three times a year) The first time I just walked out. The staff was so immersed in their personal conversations that they didn't notice until I got a call 30 minutes later. The lack of customer service even presents itself when you call them. Calling to confirm an appointment, I've never felt so disregarded, unimportant, and unappreciated. It's not like my patronage contributes to their paychecks or anything. They don't go out of their way to get to know you. I've been going there for a few years and its always as of I've never been there before. When you make an appointment for you and your family and two hours later after they finally take care of you they say, "oh is that your family? We marked them as a no-show" The Eisenberg brothers are great. They do great work and have a great bedside manner. It's only because of them that I'm giving this review any stars at all.

Dr. Larry Eisenberg has been my Dentist for a long time now. I consistently receive excellent service with x-rays and cleanings, but what prompted me to write this is the advice and prescription of a night guard to help with my TMJ and occasional experiences of lock jaw. I was contemplating surgery due to the pain and discomfort. I hated the thought but was desperate for relief. I discussed the surgery with Dr. Eisenberg when he told me plain and simple not to do it. He recommended a night guard which he would create the mold of my mouth in his office and then instructed me to use it every night. He advised me to try that method first and he was confident it would eliminate my jaw problems. Fast forward 3 months of using it every night and I am 100% better. I can honestly say the night guard cured me of my lock jaw and the pain and discomfort I would experience when chewing certain foods. I can't thank him enough so I posted this and hopefully will help others who are experiencing similar problems.

The dentist was fine however, I cannot get a hold of this place to change my next appointment. Their website lists no hours or other form of contact beside the phone number. Yellow pages lists their hours as 8AM to 5PM Mon-Fri. But when I call, I keep getting a message to call back during office hours, despite calling within those hours. This is a little ridiculous.
