I was called by a friendly scheduling professional at Brighter Dental a couple weeks ahead of my originally scheduled cleaning appointment and offered multiple appointment times had opened up to see if I would like to come in sooner. I chose an appointment the next day and accidentally showed up early for that. I expected to be sitting in the waiting room for quite awhile, but just as I was settling in to a chair in the waiting room to pass some time checking emails and browsing social media on my phone I was called back by a very friendly hygienist that I’ve had multiple times but can never remember her name(because I’m terrible at names). The cleaning by the hygienist and inspection by the dentist were completed efficiently and comfortably. I had my next cleaning scheduled 6 months later and was back in my car by the time my appointment was supposed to start. I have always had a pleasant experience at Brighter Dental Care in Princeton and would recommend this location to friends and family without any reservation! 5 STAR SERVICE!!

Wonderful staff and doctors. No long waits and everything is explained upfront. My only negative is the office itself could use some updating.

Unfriendly staff, had 2 cleanings done here, sloppy job and very rushy. If you have sensitive teeth, and make call out frequently, they will show attitude and tell you straight up "hey, I have to keep going ok?", they have a low ratings on google, yelps, for any of their location for a REASON! I'm definitely not coming back, good luck peeps

This is my husband Sridhar Murthy's review. This place is arrogant and sham operation. They try to do procedures you don't want and build up your bill. Very unfriendly to customers, especially the office manager Audrey , she is rude and dictatorial.

They're not necessarily a bad place, but every time I went, i waiting a good amount of time in the waiting room. I only went because it was close. The oral hygienist was great, but I couldn't really tell you how good the dentist was because they didn't stand out. Although I went regularly for cleanings & check ups, I wasn't aware that I had cavities until I found out from another dentist's office.
