Warm staff, clean and nice office, great dentist!

I want to start off by writing that I had avoided the dentist for many years because of previous scary and traumatizing experiences. We've all had them unfortunately. One day I came across Dr. Kucher online after I searched for dentists near me. I read his reviews and decided to come in and give his practice a go. I was beyond impressed from the first time I stepped foot in his practice. The receptionists were very friendly and kind. They offered some coffee or tea to drink. They also had a very clean and inviting waiting room. Big flat screen t.v. and a comfy couch. I filled out my paper work and was called immediately. Dr. Kucher introduced himself and previous to that so did his assistant. The assistant set everything up and took my x-rays. She was gentle and very kind. Dr. Kucher made me feel very safe. He cleaned my teeth perfectly and explained in detail everything he had done. He also made sure that I knew everything I still needed done. ( My last cleaning was around 11 years ago.) I knew for a fact that I needed an extraction and he confirmed that my tooth was beyond salvageable. Today I went for my molar extraction. I was terrified still...I have a very low tolerance for pain and I was scared it would hurt. He and his staff made sure I felt safe and calm. They assured me all would go well. They were 100% right! I am in ZERO pain. I don't feel discomfort and my swelling has gone down completely.I had a huge infection and he was able to remove, clean and stitch everything perfectly. I didn't feel any pain during the procedure, after he got the first bit out ( my tooth was broken in 2 pieces) I actually felt so much better because I had not even noticed when he removed it. I felt completely relaxed and just let him do his work. I trusted him completely. I recommend Dr. Kucher to everyone!!! He sent me home with all my after care instructions, extra gauze and my prescriptions. (Antibiotics and pain meds.) I can't thank him enough! I am so amazed at his work. I will continue to come here forever. Visit him if you are in need of an amazing dentist!
