Problematic every single visit. The waits are excessively long. I've had to stop in to make appointments because no one answers the phone or will put you on hold until you hang up. They do not communicate problems with you until you go up and ask about the wait and then say you have to reschedule. They did not even tell me my son needed work done until I checked back multiple times. I am completely done with this office. I wouldn't recommend ANY individual come here, especially children.

The first thing I noticed when talking into the office was a full/overflowing trash can right outside of the doors. This is the face of this dental office. What’s going on? It’s trashier than Walmart or any other trashy place you can think of. Looks like the trash has to take itself out now, since it’s been sitting there, filling up, for the past month or longer. The inside isn’t any better and smells like old diapers from a nursing home, it’s nauseating! It used to have art hanging on the walls, cleanly painted walls, a coffee table with decorative florals on it. All that’s left are beat up chairs interconnected by zip-ties, beat up and scratched up walls, unvacuumed floors, no wall art, no coffee table, and the stench of a landfill. I never went into the bathroom, and honestly, I’m afraid to... Sure, we can blame the kids for damaging property while playing and running around, but who should be taking care of and up keeping the cleanliness of the office?? Definitely a hired team who can actually do their job. Moving to a new location really didn’t help this office out, sadly, and we are glad to have found a clean and neat office full of professional and courteous receptionists and doctors.

They are very rude, in person and on the phone. Dentist was okay but after a week later my teeth are still hurting and I was left with an uneven bite. I was also being sent to an oral surgeon but they wouldn’t tell me why.

Worse place ever... you would think a dentist office would be clean because they are dealing with your mouth. Not this place so nasty in there I never seen nothing like that in my life..I'm changing my dentist office ASAP...

Claimed they didn’t speak Spanish but heard them talking to each other in Spanish -_- can’t stand people who knows the language and looks like you from a Spanish speaking country and then act “only English spoken” as if they don’t speak any other language. Prefer tenbrooks they are very helpful and friendly
