I changed to this Dr after a move to the area. My family and i go to the dentist every 6 months for check up and cleaning. Problem 1 they are no responsive to answer calls but that didn't bother me to much. MY Older son needed a wisdom tooth pulled and they never sent out his referral and never followed up. That wasn't even the worst. We moved out east and found a dentist closer to home. When we went for our 6 month check up my son has cavaties. The current Dr said those cavaties were there over a year how could the previous Dr not see that or say anything. For that reason I warn you all to stay away from this place.

Dr Maurer is an awesome dentist. Very gentle. He's not looking to do unnecessary and expensive work. He is very thorough. He's a bit of an introvert which may cause his patients to feel he's not responsive, but he is an excellent dentist. He has saved me thousands by being honest. My last dentist tried to root canal 4 teeth years ago. I was so lucky to find Dr Maurer for a second opinion. I never went back to my old dentist.

I have had many dentists and to say this Dr. is unresponsive and or uncaring is insane, I found him to be extremely professional and responsive to questions and explaining options and procedures. Also I would certainly recommend him highly. George B

Just did a simple cleaning and check-up. Unfortunately I found this dentist to be unresponsive and almost sullen. Also, not as thorough as other dentists that I've been to. While you're not looking for the dentist to be your best friend, any patient should expect some level of commentary besides two words. Unfortunately not as courteous as I would have liked, and not someone I could recommend. Otherwise, the office and front desk were quite pleasant and efficient. Easy to get appt and very little wait.
