I do believe there's a turn around in the office.. they're super friendly honestly. The dentist was very informative , I do believe they're concerned dentist. It's hard to find good professionals in Suffolk county and I did not have a bad experience here . He actually explained my options and what each process entails.. their assistants were BEYOND NICE

The staff is Professional and friendly. When I come in they make me feel comfortable and take off the ease of feeling like your at the dentist. Dr Nwaiser is one the most and kindest caring Dr’ I’ve ever met. Wouldn’t go any where else.

Had the worst experience of my life at this dentists office. I waited for over an hour to have x-rays done, even though I already had x-rays done the week before and brought in copies of the x-rays that they would not accept, probably so they could bill my insurance more money to have then done again. I was sent back to the waiting room for another hour before being called back into the room where I was to be seen by the dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed. I waited there, scared, and alone with no explanation from anyone for over 30 more minutes before the dentist came in. He did not greet me or introduce himself. When he was finally going to remove my teeth he gave me 8 shots of novocaine and then harshly began working on my teeth. I couldn't keep my jaw opened the way he needed because of the pain and he slammed his hand down and started yelling. I was thoroughly petrified to begin with and this put me almost in tears. I walked out shaking scared and miserable. Never have I been to a dentist who was so insensitive, rough and NOT concerned.

"Concerned Dental Care" That has to be a joke right?? This is literally the worst oral surgeon I've ever seen. They're extremely rude and unhelpful and had about a 2 hour wait. The worst part is they don't even have an anesthesiologist (I guess they're too cheap to pay for one) nor would they offer laughing gas when having a molar removed. The doctor even looked like they weren't all there, their eyes just couldn't focus. I'm very worried they prescribe themselves percocets or something because the employees there just seemed completely off. Ended up walking out. Do not go here!! They should be shut down! Honestly a cop should drug test them because they just seemed wrong in the head.
