We've gone there few times one of the dental hygienists was extremely push telling that my daughter needed to get a treatment or extract 2 teeth. He is not a doctor, but he repeated his opinion. When we saw the doc, he didn't say anything about it. We also made a visit to a dentist at a different clinic for a second opinion. We were told that my daughter's teeth health was in excellent condition. I saw a different dental hygienist on Transit location who was too talkative, and scolded me in a degrading way for not being meticulous with my teeth. He is younger than my son. He was very repulsive and rude. He never used water while he was cleaning my teeth and nor did he offer to rinse my mouth afterwards. I wish I could rate -5 After I decided to change our dentist, they refused to give us our records.

Do not go to this location! They are rude and lack any kind of empathy. Not to mention i am in so much more pain now than i was before my appointment. The dentist acted like i was annoying her when i was asking questions and literally walked out of the room mid sentece and left the poor assistant to explain everything. I am beyond upset about my visit there.

Don't I repeat don't go to this dentist they are extremely rude the owner of the branch is a dentist and she has no compassion for her patience she walked away from me while I was talking to her and completely ignored my request I have been walking around in pain for months they keep changing my dental plan trying to get more money from the insurance company They offer no pain management while they try to come up on more coins she told me to go back to ecmc if I couldn't take the pain🤔

I am so upset that we decided to go to this dentist group when we lived in Buffalo... And I especially regret that we took our daughter to that place. After a general checking they called each of us back for "cavity" treatment. I take much care of my teeth, and for ten years I went every four months to the dentist, but in another state. When they called me back for two “cavities”, I could not believe my ears! I refused to go back because I did not really trust them. Unfortunately, I took my daughter there: they found that her teeth have 11 or 12 cavities! We were later told that Dr. Kunkes from Stellar on Transit Rd., Buffalo, who trained as a dentist in the prestigious New York University, pure and simply, destroyed my daughter’s teeth, with unnecessary, damaging work. Could the real purpose of these unnecessary procedures be money? Please be aware of this practice and avoid making the same mistake we did!

I called a few days ago to see if the could get me in to do a emergency tooth extraction they "couldn't" so they scheduled me an appointment for a couple of days later. Well when I got there expecting my tooth to be pulled and the pain to be over, I was told the appointment wasn't a tooth extraction appointment. Then I was told they couldn't do the extraction today but they could do a root canal for 1,200 dollars but couldn't pull my tooth for a 104 dollars which is causing me extreme pain and discomfort also my sleep. Thats not even the end of the story, they wanted to re-schedule me for my tooth extraction for a week and a half later that's a long time to be in pain, I was also told they would call over scripts for me but when I got to the pharmacy they didn't have anything for me there. I called the pharmacy again later they said the never received and order of scripts for me, this place is a joke they only care about your money!
