The worst customer service, expect your call wait time to be 20 mins or longer and then when they actually do pick up they hang up on top of that! WoW! Commendable services “Bravo”!!!!

The worst dental clinic we've visited! Our appointment was 2:30pm, we even pulled out our kids from their school early but it was already 3:30 or so when they attended to us. Went in the room, brought a dental pack with toothbrush and some floss then started brushing my daughter's teeth and that's it! we waited for 1-2hrs just for that. They did the same thing to my other daughter. Staff were not polite. We are not going back there. The dentist just showed her face to us once, then that's it. It was the assistant helper who did their teeth. Prophylaxis for 3 mins?! wow! We should have just stayed in the house and brush their teeth there. Horrible!

I really like this office. It's Clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lalani is extremely nice and funny he's a Joker (he likes to joke around a lot). The hygienist are not rough i went for a deep cleaning and compare to other experience I've had in the past it wasn't bad. Everyone in the office is professional they don't criticized your teeth like other Dental offices do. I highly recommend this Dental Office. I'm sure you'll have a good experience.

By far the worst Dentist Ever All this Guy cares about is money and keeping young pretty girls around his Office working by his side who not very up to date on the knowledge needed as an assistant. I never seen someone so in considerate of patients well being. He's very aggressive when performing his task, he doesn't let you know what's going on fully until it's too late and he's very good at acting as if he he informed one prior to his doing. My own personal exp, I went for a check up and he says I had a cavity and my front tooth then later drills a hole removing it in it says he'll fill it a week later for My Next appt. A week later i goes in then he drugs me up real And starts removing My tooth without my consent and unknowingly, I then look in the mirror to notice my tooth is gone and acquire on why. He replies he could not save it and I need a crown and temp tooth therefore now without choice I had to just accept his Heinous act because it's too late, and if I had knew I would of never agreed to this because from this day I still suffer from this multiple times my replacement has fallen out and I had to go get it reput in place. Even now two years later just 2 days ago it falling out again my current dentist tells me he did a horrible job, and I need a whole new crown put it place which I can't afford so I just would get cement which only holds for so long . Furthermore I no longer go to him ever since that occurrence I don't even understand how he still has career, he is always rushing in his office and doesn't hear people out with undivided attention completely. I also have a family member who he merely almost killed but doesn't hold no responsibility for his malpractice. I'll make it short my cousin who was younger at the time went there alone for a reg check up, Dr Lalani decides to remove serveral teeth and didn't do it with his consent he druged him up pretty good, and my cousin could not grasp what's going on or prevent it. Moreover he didn't stich nothing back and place then causing constant bleeding from the mooth then passing out, and being rushed to the hospital after leaving Dr Lalani office. I am not trying to scare anyone off, I just hope to make people aware that this guy is wicked and will do anything for a dollar: and he's not in patients best intrest. I'm hoping of saving others from being victimized from his practice. It's not fair and something should be done Therefore I strongly do not recommend him.
