Have been coming for years and have always had a very positive experience. Dr V is already pleasant and personable!

My mother went here and had a horrible experience. She went in to have 5 teeth pulled and the dentist only pulled 4! The lead dentist also forgets practically everything! She didn't send over my mothers script, And forgot to pull one of her teeth! HOORIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I came here by searching my insurance providers, this is the closest one. First, the doctor Vasuki Thevanayagam does not understand my English very well, and her English speaking is not that good ( limited to simple sentence and have strong accent), point is the communication is hard. She is the only doctor in this clinic. Well, that's not a big issue as long as she is responsible and professional, I thought. Wrong!!! She is totally irresponsible and she kept forgeting stuff, and the referring me to an oral surgery for my wisdom teeth removal never went well. I called and reminded her THREE times (both the front desk and herself promised she would send the refer over), but guess what? she FORGOT to send the refer and X-ray for me. Eventually the staff at oral surgery called me and said "well your appointment is today but we haven't received anything yet, we accepts appointment by refer only, so you better go get the refer and X-ray asap." Then I had to go to Choice1 dental personally ask for the refer and turned out the refer form is never filled out, I had to wait for an hour to get the refer and X-ray. Worst experience, would never go there again!
