This is an incredible atmosphere for my daughter. It gave her opportunity to grow and learn what it means to become a good global citizen. It's a wholesome, enriching environment!

My daughter originally started in Ms. Davies class. I found out that she would pinch the students cheeks in anger by the end of the school year when my daughter could speak better, so i called the school and spoke to the VP. in her "investigation" she said they do it in a cute manner but told the teachers to stop anyway. My daughter acted out behaviours at that time and would show me what they'd do, and it was a scolding while pinching the cheeks and they said it would hurt her. She would also complain that a student was contantly hitting her but when i would ask the teachers they told me they keep them seperated and there was nothinf going on. When i asked why theyre being seperated then, i couldnt get a straight answee. It was a few days before summer camp began. We kept her at the school with new teachers and students and she really enjoyed that summer. The next year we changed her teacher, Ms. Morvie, and she was a wonderful teacher. Again my daughter would copy the teachers behaviours at home when we would play "class" and it was all positive. She was excited every day to go to school. Then summer camp... She told me that a student poked her bum and i told her to tell them to stop and tell the teacher. She said she did both and didnt mention it anymore. Then once she complained that her privates were a bit itchy so i put zinc on her and made sure to rinse the area every day after school every night she didnt take a bath, i figures because shes wiping herself maybe shes not doing a good job. Near the end of summer camp, we were playing tea party and she randomly brought up a very detailed account of disturbing things that were going. A new boy in her summer camp was touching her privates, taught a girl from her old class to do the same, that she didnt like it and she told the teachers, that the teacher would put them in time out. She explained thats why her privates were itchy because she got scratched once when it happened. Also that the girl involved had turned mean and angry in summer camp and got in trouble a lot but when she was in ms morvies class she was good and never got in any kind of trouble. I called the school right away. A new VP said she would "investigate". She basically came back saying this didnt happen and the teachers know nothing about it. A 4 year old doesnt make this kind of thing up that has no exposure to this sort of thing. I asked her why she didnt tell me sooner and she said because she was embarassed to (she used the word shy). The most concerning thing is that they covered up this behaviour. I dont know if the boy or girls parents were notified. There were a few names my daughter gave of other children this was happening to too. The school curriculum is good. My daughter learned a lot. But this culture of hiding anything wrong thats happening is insane. Children are being trusted in their care but seems like unless the child has physical marks on them, they will NOT tell you if anything is going on. When you have children who cant speak for themselves, this is the greatest wrong they can do. If you want your peace of mind, do NOT leave your children here. I dont blame the school for what the children are doing but i do blame them for hiding it and allowing it to continue. These kids are 3 and 4 years old and should not be subjected to this sort of thing. Its sickening.

Amazing school with great teachers

Teachers have been very good with my son. No complaints at all! He has learned alot and I continue to see him progress. The school is very good despite reading the negative reviews. Take the time to see for yourself what the school has to offer and not simply on a poor review based on an isolated situation.

The best school that you want for your children to grow and learn.
