Multiple children have been seen here over the past 5 years. I've had one slightly negative experience with one of the assistant not handling my child's poor behavior the way I would have handled it, but that's a matter of preference and opinion. Aside from that one small incident over a 5 year period, everything has been stellar. My kids LOVE going there and ask why they can't have dentist appointments more often?! They make the atmosphere fun and relaxing for kids, comfy for the adults, and exciting for siblings who have to the along. The doctors are thorough and explain any issues that arrive with compassion and completeness. I highly recommend them.

We took our 3yr daughter to Dr. Thompson recently for her first checkup. Yvette and the staff were incredibly nice and patient. Our daughter now can't wait to brush and floss every night and morning. Thank you very much!

While I find the actual care provided by the dentist herself wonderful, I find the business end of this practice hard to understand.The staff and service providers are thorough. informative, and welcoming and I have not had an unpleasant interaction.However, I find the fact that they will not file an insurance claim to be unusual and harmful to my child's dental care. I have been forced to make medical decisions based on the fact that I would have to pay the day of for any services rendered and then file my own insurance claim.I had to pass on the 1200$ (total) worth of sealants because that is simply too much for me to afford out of pocket and then wait for a month to be reimbursed for. When I asked about this unusual way of running their practice I was told they had made the decision to have the patients file the claims because it was "too much work" for them to do so. I will be switching dentists for another that does not mind doing the work to make my families appointments less stressful.

We started here in 2004 with Dr Howden and received reminder for cleaning and check up and all was fine but when ownership was changed I've not received reminders and when I called since it had been a while since the last cleaning I was informed that my daughter was no longer a patient because of the time that had elapsed. I must say they did good work while we visited regularly. They just seem to care less now. Have to look for a new dentist or get on their waiting list.

My son and I had an awesome experience at Chapel Hill Pediatric Dentistry! I loved how we were very warmly welcomed upon arrival. I was also impressed with how kid friendly the office was and how cute the decor was. The hygienist was so sweet; she made sure my son felt comfortable during the entire exam. After a thorough exam, Dr. Rampersaud took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire staff is very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. We could not have asked for a better dental visit! Thank you Dr. Rampersaud and staff for your amazing work!
