Staff very professional. No complications with my oral surgery. Good recovery. My issues are. The seemingly long wait from the consultation visit to date of surgery, 3 weeks. You have to pay up front basically the total cost of what your insurance will pay the doctor because their policy is " insurance companies don't guarantee payment". My insurance company said they would cover 80%. They did. You have to sign a form that says Dr Brooks will hold your insurance overpayment refund for 30 days. It's in the fine print, you don't get a copy of it, any questions are handled by her attorney. Just be sure you have the money and can wait for them to take their time with your refund.

Bad experience. Daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth out. Under medication, Dr. Brooks came out and asked me if she had an anxiety issue. The medication was making her different. She doesn't have an anxiety issue. Healing and pain were going pretty normal first bit but her jaw locked closed from TMJ. We returned and Dr. Brooks was completely dismissive - she said it should be better in a couple months. Daughter could open her mouth about 1/4". We went to our DDS who sent us to a TMJ specialist. Horrible experience and very painful. Wish I would have known Dr. Brooks had this bedside manner - would have chosen someone else.
