Dr. Hatcher was very direct and realistic about the work I need to have done but not in a condescending or hurried manner. I appreciated that his approach is not to just "fix" my teeth and send me on my way. He was more interested in presenting an overall plan to restore my dental health. From the way his support staff answers the phone to their approach in the office, it's obvious that they care and respect patients.

I don't enjoy the dentist but Hatchers office isn't rough at all and they are completely honest about what it going on. Not many doctors will give you all the options for treatment and let you choose. After having one bad experience after another as a kid it's hard for me to make visits to the dentist but I don't mind going to see Dr Hatcher. I believe Dr. Hatchers office treats people the way they would like to be treated.

First time visit with cleaning and evaluation. New dentists always seem to find significant work which would return your situation to optimum condition. Clearly need a cavity repaired. Will reserve comment on actual work for when work is done.

I’ve only been for a consultation so far and was very nervous. Jordania (sorry if I misspelled) and Dr. Hatcher both made me feel very comfortable and cared for. I’m totally confident in having work done at this practice. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The staff are always positive, professional, consultative, and friendly. It’s no wonder they’re top rated in serving the Greensboro area.
