Most doctors here are friend. Dr.Rossi however is god awful. She has no clue what she’s doing and went on a 5 minute rant to me about how bad it is not to floss. She talks in a voice to make it seem like she’s smarter and better than you. She’s awful. Personally, I would recommend this place other than that one specific doctor.

Beware these people can be heartless they start procedures and there plans before they know if you're insurance will cover it they will leave you hanging they will force your hand in decision making they don't really care. your face could be completely swollen and you could be in pain like crazy not slept for 2 days and they will criticize you like they have no idea about what considerate behavior for not showing up to appointments u cancelled beware they don't cancel when you cancel them. This place does not take accountability for what they do wrong they are the hospital. They don't care if you want to wait to get dentures they will force your hand not caring or asking what way you would like to go.What I am trying to say is that they don't want to give you a chance to make an informed decision. This office doesn't make flippers only partials and dentures because they claim it's to expensive to make the flippers they will push for a partials even when you yourself know your teeth can't support them which I think is very unethical and by this time they removed most of your teeth already . So for example if you wanted to wait till the winter to start the procedure. There money comes first and they will push you to complete there plan. When you come in the office remember you are working with students that are pushing a plan even if it goes against what you wanted if u have one tooth you wanted worked on. there plan comes first that plan is 💰 to them remember this they want it now!
