My first visit there was at 9 am. I was a new patient and was pretty specific when I set my first appointment. I had just had a baby and was strictly breastfeeding. When I set the appointment I asked if it would take longer then a hour in a half. They assured me it wouldn't and scheduled me for an opening slot. I arrived 10 minutes early. My appt. was at 9. I was not sent back til 9:20. They hooked me up to a awful blood pressure cuff (I still haven't figured out why they are taking my blood pressure in a dentist office). The cuff was not reading and she tried 3 times. It had gotten sp tight i finally asked her to please stop thst it was painful. She said it doesnt work half the time anyways. Then I sat in a chair and waited for the xray tech to show up. By time she got there it was 9:45. She then explained that she was always late and the office is super cool about it. It's just how she "lives her life." By this point I am getting pissed. The lady comes into clean my teeth. Leans me back. Doesn't even really talk to me and literally starts scraping away to the point she was knicking my gums constantly. As she was wiping away on the bib I assumed was tarter was nothing but blood. I was clenching my seat the entire time. I even cried a little. By then it's 10:30. I'm waiting on Dr. Cochran. 11 of clock rolls around. He is still not in to do my exam. I went to the front explained I had to go. Because I again am strictly breastfeeding a newborn. They reschedule me for just an exam almost a month later at 11 o clock. No apologies. Nothing. My mouth hurt for 3 days after that cleaning. I have never hurt like that before. 1 day before my exam they push my appt. Back to 3. (If I couldn't do that it would be another month) so I show up and Dr. Cochran seems great. He is gentle, kind and personable. Does my exam promptly and I'm out. Set up an appointment for another month out at 10 to get a few cavities filled. One was bothering me pretty bad. We set it for 10 am. Needless to say again the day before they call and see if I can come in at 9. I said I couldn't because I have a strictly breastfed baby at home. It's already planned out. She says OK. 1 hr later she calls me back and says I have to take the 9 am slot or reschedule FOR ANOTHER MONTH OUT!!! so I said fine. I will try and make it. Needless to say my baby was not having it the next morning because he legit feeds at the same time everyday. So I call. She gets mad at me because he has scheduled me for 4 hrs! It was for two cavities! Why is it taking four hours? She places me on hold and left me on hold for 37 minutes!!! I hung up. Dr. Cochran seems very nice. But his staff is extremely under par. Now I have to find another dentist who takes my insurance and get another exam and wait even longer to get my tooth fixed.... Customer service is dead. They do not value your time here. Staff was very unprofessional. Also I left this review on there facebook page and they turned it into Facebook for bullying!
