Dr. Patel and her staff are great. They're always nice and treat me with respect. Dr. Patel showed me exactly where the problems are and what needs to be done. They actually care and go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable. I've had multiple cleanings and fillings done and my visits are always pain-free. I no longer dread going to the dentist! And they have all the latest technology to keep your teeth in tip top shape.

Dr Patel and her entire staff always treat me like family when I come in! Aside from providing top notch dental care they are genuinely interested in their patients lives. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of high quality dental care plus the family experience!

Very attentive to detail and took the time to measure/analyze each and every tooth. Clean, cheerful, and overall a good experience.

Great experience from a doctor who really cares and listens to her patients. They have been taking care of our family for almost 40 years. Great customer service. She called to advise us she is running late. She cares about you and your time.. Knowledgeable caring and freindly.

I went here back in June 2015 due to a switch in my insurance making my old dentist/single dentist private practice no longer in network. While this practice certainly has the newest technology, they also use tactics to try to make you pay for it. Is it really necessary to keep a gigantic picture of the staining on your tooth on display on the screen in front of you during the entire cleaning? Why do you have to come back/schedule a second appointment to go over the "results" of the first appointment's xrays, pictures, and cleanings? Every time off work is $ out of a working person's pocket even if they do not charge for the 2nd appointment. Normally the dentist comes in after your cleaning to go over what, if any recommendations need to be made. Was told "we'll be back with your flouride treatment" to which I responded "ok?" and was never warned or told that this might not be covered by insurance and wasn't just something they provided as part of their normal service, so had to pay $75 out of pocket. When I called about it to complain was told "that flouride treatments are part of their standard procedure and that it's not their responsibility to know if your insurance will cover it." Well, they are in the industry and sure would know what ages flouride treatments are normally covered for - sounds like they are just trying to milk for every dollar and not keep their patients in mind so they can make an educated decision. I've been to 6 other dental practices as an adult and not had one recommend or tell me that a flouride treatment is "standard." If they saw something that made them think that I could benefit from more flouride, couldn't they have discussed the option of in-office treatment, or use of an over-the-counter mouthwash instead? Was also told that it looked like I needed to have 4-5 fillings done (even though I'd just had all the work done as suggested by my previous dentist in Dec, 6 mths previously). Went to a new dentist this past month, only needed 1 filling. If you want to have every possible service performed on your teeth, and are motivated by your dentist having the newest digital technology, go here. If you're looking for a more common sense and not dollar motivated approach, look elsewhere.
